I would rate this place 0 stars if I could. Doctor Bazan is okay, but the support staff is horrible. The wait time can be all day long if you don't speak up. They are allowing too many patients to be seen daily and this takes a toll on the patients. Customer service is horrible.

Dr. Bazan is a really good person and really cares about his patients but they need new people in reception, bad attitudes, they ignore you, and they ignore all phone calls .TERRIBLEEE waiting times

I’ve never had a good experience going to this Dr. the front receptionist aren’t professional at all.. they’re rude, unorganized they seem like they aren’t certified to do their job. I asked simple questions and they couldn’t answer me because they didn’t know. The wait is 4+ hrs waiting, the worst! They take forever to answer phone calls & are bad at returning calls! I recently just went because my baby turned 4 months & he needed to get his vaccines but they didn’t have vaccines for his 4 months for the past 2 weeks and the lady didn’t know when they were going to get more.. I for sure won’t be returning there. I don’t recommend this place at all! The staff is not well trained, plus horrible manners….they are professional, they don’t suppose to be judgmental with their patients, they supposed to look for solutions….and don’t have proper PPE. The long wait is not normal but okay I understand because the doctor take his time..but the staff again nothing good to said about them…..they charge$$$ like any other clinic and the place is not great(that curtain like my grandma’s house). Great physician with excellent ethics and devoted to patient care.

Love the dr but the receptionist didn't want to sign in my son and kept hanging the phone up on me very rude and unprofessional. After that I have to wait 3 hours outside to be seen and let me guess another hour in the room to see the dr.

Yes I do agree that there is somenthings that just need to be work on when it comes to referrals and appts ect. But I rate Dr Bazan a 5 because it is so worth it. He cares deeply about his patients and will definately deliver results.

The worse and money hungry people ever! Recommended by a friend. 3 doctors in México had agreed I had Rheumatoid Arthritis, I needed a US doctor to confirm it. Even though I had my lab results at hand, Dr Bazan ordered new analysis on 10/17/2015, he recommended Naproxen until results came in, I was told they should be ready in two weeks. I called 10/31/2015 to ask if my lab results were in, they said "YES" I worked all night Saturday, I drove all morning to Palmview, Tx. 11/1/2015, lab tests were not ready, I was angry for their lack of responsibility, I was in pain, with freaking Naproxen which is known for how harmful it is to the stomach wasn't doing anything for me, they insisted about 5 times that I had to pay consultation even though the doctor wasn't there, pay consultation to see a doctor who didn't know jack about my case? Even though I told them that I wasn't there for consultation, I was there for results and treatment? They refused to contact Dr. Bazan, the staff created a brick wall between my doctor and me but of course, ordered by Dr. Bazan. The staff are rather bodyguards than nurses. I was surprised I got a call from Dr. Bazan himself to tell me that the lab results were in and to tell me to pick up a prescription the next morning, and that according to his findings, I had Osteoarthritis. I was demoralized, that is even worse than Rheumatoid Arthritis. I lost a day of work by going to get my prescription but I guessed it was worth it, even though they made me loose it by lying. The next day 12/2/2015 I went to pick up the prescription but they holded me up because the doctor wanted to talk to me, he then change his findings to Rheumatoid Arthritis again by only reading the Rheumatoid factor, I could have done that myself, my prior lab test said the same thing and he had it. I paid an extra $600 dollars out of my pocket just to hear his findings out one factor? He gave me the prescription and told me to see him back in three weeks to start a treatment so my bones wouldn't start to twist. I had no idea why he didn't give me the right treatment if he knew what I had right then. But, he is the doctor, I just obeyed. I ran out of medicine before I could see him again, I went back on 11/27/2015 to find out he left in an emergency, I insisted on let him know I was out of medicine and there was no refills on my prescription, they refused again to talk to him, the brick wall was raised again. The next day I called them if they could order a refill, they refused again. Money was the factor. I had to see another doctor friend of mine in Mexico to survive the pain until I could see Dr. Bazan again. I went back 12/18/2015 and the doctor again had gone for the rest of the year on vacation. They told me then that I needed to see a Rheumatologist and they could arrange to refer me to one closer to where I live. Even though I implored to them to give me something before I went to Mexico for Christmas and New Year's. The freaking brick wall was raised again, for the third time. I had to go to Monterrey to see another doctor to alleviate my pain. I searched for a Rheumatologist in the Port Arthur area but everybody needed a referral from my prior doctor, I call them so Dr. Bazan could recommend me a Rheumatologist, the brick wall again, they said they would message him knowing he was there in the clinic. They called me back to tell me that the doctor didn't know anybody in the Port Arthur Tx area, I had to look for one myself, which i did, I found one with good ratings, but the same, they needed a referral from my doctor. I call them again, the brick wall was set again. They just told me they'll message Dr. Bazan. I waited for days, I had to call them back to see what Dr. Bazan had said. I was shocked to hear them saying that Dr. Johnny Bazan the doctor who can not spell his own name said that he couldn't refer me to Dr. Kendell for the simple reason that Dr. Bazan hadn't seen me since October.
