My wife and I love Dr. Patterson and her staff. She always takes time with you, listens to you, and never makes you feel rushed. She is always proactive in whatever treatment she feels necessary for you. We trust her completely! Jane is always so kind and welcoming, and also never makes you feel rushed. Honestly when it came to trying to tell her about my menstrual issues, I felt like she wasn’t really truly listening to me. All she did was keep ordering a thyroid check which always Came back normal and wouldn’t do anything else. (She was also my gynecologist). Because she wouldn’t do anything to truly help me I’m stuck now with a hormone imbalance and it’s dangerous for me to not have a cycle now. It took almost 10 years for someone to finally give me an answer and it wasn’t from her or anyone else I went to until relocating to another state. I honestly wouldn’t come back to this office when I move back to Chicago in the future. Dr. Patterson was attentive, helpful and interested in my health issue. At no time did she seem rushed. I was very impressed with her knowledge of my illness and the meds I was taking. She was very helpful in trying to find out what my problem was. I would highly recommend Dr. Patterson to others.

Wow! What an amazing first impression. I was first greeted by Jane at the front desk. Then Tammy the MA took all my vitals and gathered my information. Both girls were so pleasant, warm and friendly. I never felt rushed here. Dr. Jill Patterson immediately gave off such caring energy. She was very thorough and genuinely cared to hear me out. The office is very clean and well maintained. I have had Dr Patterson for years. She is fantastic and I highly recommend her and her staff

Back when I only had "Obama Care" she was the only Dr. that would take me. And I now have my own insurance policy, and I still go to her as my primary physician. I have moved out of state, but travel back to her office in Mokena, were I lived for years. She is the BEST Dr. that I have ever had in my whole life, and I'm 63. I also recommend her to all my friends and family, and many are now in her care too.

I have been seeing Dr Patterson for many years now. She is absolutely wonderful! Dr Patterson is very compassionate and caring. She never rushes you. She takes her time. Her staff (Tammy and Jane) are great too! Friendly as well as professional.

I have not met a more kind and compassionate physician than Dr. Patterson. It takes awhile to get the first appt , but after that there is no problem seeing her. She explains everything. She actually comes to the hospital. Happy to have found her.
