They were exceptional nice through out the office good visit and was totally pleased with the way I was treated.

Anyone complaining about the amount of time Jo spends with their patients should be ashamed. She was amazing. She cares about getting it right, she cares about you, her patients, not the bottom dollar. I feel there are alot of Drs who can learn her attentiveness to detail.

my first appointment was postponed because when I arrived I was told she was running around 2 hrs behind so I rescheduled. I arrived at my next appointment And waited almost 2 hrs. to see the doctor. What she did at that time to try to cure a problem only made it worse. I sheduled another appointment to have the problem rechecked. I was informed 10 minutes before appointment time when I was almost to the doctors office that she was 2 hrs behind again. I will seek help from another doctor who does not over schedule.

Performed two unsuccessful surgeries on my eyelid creating scar tissue and a mess. Traumatized by her procedure, transferred to another doctor for surgery who had to clean up her mess and performed successfully.

Dr. Johnson is very thorough, takes whatever time is necessary to provide excellent treatment, even referring to another Dr. if required. She is patient, and while one may have to wait a bit during an appointment, it is only because she is taking the time needed for each patient she sees.
