I had been a customer for over a year when my preferred dentist injured himself and went out on leave. This forced me to have to see Dr. Hair at Dental Professionals of Vinings. I made my initial complaint about his inappropriate touch after my first visit with him. I saw Dr. Hair again and I verbally spoke up when he touched me inappropriately. He commented that he’d forgotten how times have changed and said that he’s a toucher. I tried to get back on the schedule of my preferred dentist, but he refused to see me because of the nature of the procedure I required. (I wanted a filling and he recommended a crown). Upon being notified that I would be forced to see Dr. Hair again, I agreed but asked that he not touch me inappropriately. My appointment was cancelled and days later I received a letter from Dr. Hair stating that I’d NO ONE at DPV would see me. He personally signed the letter. I’m no rocket scientist, but I’m pretty sure the person who is doing the inappropriate touching isn’t supposed to be able to retaliate against patients. I’ll be reporting this to the medical and dental boards. I also plan to notify the media just in case there are other victims of touchy Dr. Hair.

While on a road trip through Atlanta (from Miami Beach, Florida), I experienced excruciating pain in my lower right jaw. At 7:30 am on Friday June 14, 2019, I contacted the office of Dental Professionals of Vinings and was seen within 2 hours by Dr. Hair. He reviewed the X-rays and carefully listened to my description of the pain and accurately diagnosed the problem as an infected tooth and that I needed a root canal -- and then referred me to an endodontist who performed the root canal that very evening. I am HUGELY grateful for the prompt and accurate care by Dr. Hair and the excellent work of the endodontist. I was able to continue with my trip to Nashville and other points of interest before returning home.

After doing 3 fillings October 2018, I’ve had 7 follow ups and I’m still unable to eat properly. My teeth feel like they’re going to crack even biting down on a grape and have actually begun breaking. This has affected my health at this point. Every appointment scheduled to redo the fillings turns into a discussion instead.
