Great Doc.Ive been going to him for about 12 years and some times I want need a shot for 3 years he is that great!!!! His thumbs do the walking and knows where your pain is hurting you he is 100%

Dr. Park doesn't care about the patient he wants to give you injections to charge the insurance. All last year I think I saw the doctor twice maybe 3 times Just to get my meds Now with pandemic I still have to go to the doctor office just for his staff to electronically send prescription to the pharmacy At $6 a gallon of gasoline I asked if we could do this on the phone like other doctors The staff said NO this guy is a sick joke! Im writing a low rate not for Dr.Park.Dr Park is amazing doctor and he helped my husband with his pain issued.My husband have an appointment today,and the lady who took his blood pressure was rude.We suggested for a bigger blood pressure cuff and she rolled her eyes on us.I worked in E.D so I know patients who need adjustment based on their weight.Im just dissapointed,and fyi staff our listening to christian music when this kind of attitude. Tough but fair. He will not sugar coat what the problem is.

I was really scared to have A procedure done to my back a small surgery .But the staff and Dr Parks made me feel so much better at PEACE ..And I can feel Come on for me they were General. Front office people are very unfriendly and rude.

Dr Parks is hands down the worst Dr in the High Desert. He doesn’t care about his patients, he only cares about charging your insurance. If you disagree with what he says ask too many question during his rushed office visit, he become condescending, and spiteful. I have never seen a Dr act this way or talk to me the way her did. As soon as you disagree with Dr parks he becomes arrogant, condescending, and spiteful. I was trying to get some real help for my pain, not pills. He belittled me and made me feel like less of person. He doesn’t care about the patient he only cares about the money.

I can’t see how he is even a Dr. if you make him upset he is spiteful, condescending, rude and arrogant. He only cares about the money.

1 star because there is no 0. After 2.5 hour wait, which caused more pain, t he doctor was rude, condescending, and belittled the patient. He then claimed he would not do anything for the patient. He never fully reviewed the paperwork, that they made the patient fill out. No help offered to help the patient manage pain. Also this is just a physical therapy joint not a real doc office. After my son left a negative review this so called doctor spitefully called my psychiatrist to tell them to stop giving me ativans for my panick attacks from my COPD. He's not even my doctor anymore after this morning. So he's basically denying me both pain and psyche meds. So much for his Hippocratic Oath. I recorded how he spoke to me and said he doesn't care what i do for panic attacks in a spiteful tone and will be filing a complaint against him. He cares nothing about pain management. First time seeing this doctor, Very nice, professional.

Friendly staff, live dr Park very compassionate, very little wait time,

I take my mom to see Dr. Joe. He's the best. Been going there for a couple years.

Dr. Park was able to help the pain in my legs by inserting spacers into my L-4/L-5 region of my back and take pressure off a nerve that was being compressed from spinal stenosis.

By far, the best Dr. in the High Desert. He takes time to talk to his patients and develop treatment plans with you. He isn't rushed and devotes one on one time to listen.

I didn't like this dr. He has no ways to treat you when hes finding out when it hurts.he did nothing for me just told me not to waste his time. What the hell did he think I was there for honestly to me he wasted my time

My experence with Dr Joe Park is amazing. I can not sufficiently express what a difference Dr Joe Park have made in my life. Before his treatment, I had to stop and sit down several times during a short walk. I could hardly stand for over a minute, In April, after his careful examination, he gave me an epidural.injection. Three months later, he did another injection locally. I am pain free now and being a normal person again. The results are incredible. He is dedicated for his profession, with great bed manner. His staff is courteous, helpful and efficient. His office is beautiful. I am exceedingly pleased with his service and would recommend to anyone who needs a good doctor. This was my first visit and I have 7 issues to deal with. I'm hoping Dr. Park can help me feel less pain and live a little more comfortable in my senior years. I'm not ready to be wheelchair bound yet. He seems to know what he's talking about and the staff is wonderful.

My appointment was at 3:30 here it is 5:1pm and still waiting I don't know how he gets more than 1 star rating! He doesn't deserve even 1 star

Dr. Park implanted a spinal cord stimulator and would give me no pain medication after the surgery. This was an unspeakable cruelty. He said the first three days would be hell on earth but then it would get better. He may be good at what he does but he certainly doesn't relieve pain.

The woman I take care of is paralyzed from her arms down, I watched this doctor accuse her of not being paralyzed while she was having muscle spasms. She sat there crying because he didn't even care to listen to us explain her condition, he did not look at her medical records or recent CTs or MRIs that state she has nerve and spinal cord damage. He blatantly said he would kick her out of his office because he does not tolerate "that kind" of behavior. This was our first time ever seeing him. He did not have one ounce of compassion and had the nerve to tell her that he had no patience and he had a long day. I couldn't believe how this doctor treated her I am still in absolute shock that a doctor can be so unethical. GET OFF YOUR HIGH HORSE DR PARK! this profession is not for people who don't want to help those in need. This doctor makes it known that he is absolutely above you and that you aren't anyone but another name on his waiting list. I would not reccommend this doctor to anyone- especially if you are paralyzed because he wants to believe what he thinks is wrong with you not what medical records say. Dr. Park is an amazing doctor and an amazing man. He works with the patient, and he talks with the patient not AT THEM.

Best pain management doctor I have ever had, very caring. Dr Park and his staff I have been seeing for over 5 years. Very knowledgeable and dose what ever he can do to help you. They don’t put up with drug adits. If you are hook on drugs and are looking for a fix don’t go there. Dr Parks is super good at finding where exactly where it hurts and gives to just enough medication and treatment that you need.

He is a very very excellent Dr. and I would recommend him to everyone. He has taking care of me for years and continues to care for me very very little waiting time. His staff and his office are outstanding. His staff is so caring. His office is clean very clean.

Before Dr Park I was stuck on pain meds and horrific pain!! Dr Park saw me and my history along with tests to find out where and why the pain is SO VERY bad!! He put me on pain med and muscle pain relaxers. I started being able to feel each pain spots so he could do shots to stop the inflammation and shots of pain medicine. ALSO he burns off nerves that are smashed and without his treatment, I can not cope with just a pill!! He has made ME FEEL BETTER THAN I HAVE. NOT JUST THROWING PILLS.

MY MOTHER HAD AN APPT AT 3PM WE GOT THERE AT 2:50 , WE HAD TO WAIT WHICH WAS NO ISSUE BECAUSE HER BLOOD PRESSURE WAS UP AND HE HAD OTHER PATIENTS . UNDERSTANDABLE . AFTER WAITING ONE HOUR . WE HAD TO WAIT AN ADDITIONAL 30 MINUTES BECAUSE DR PARKS BROTHER CAME INTO THE OFFICE, WHILE MY MOTHER WAS IN PAIN HE WAS GIGGLIG AND MINGLING WITH HIS BROTHER . This doctor is a jackass he treated me as if he was a cop and I was some low life druggie. He tricked me into singing a release to talk to my other doctors just to kick me out , was the worst experience of my life....

Let me start by saying that i was feeling the worst I have ever been in my life. On a Friday I ran out of my pain medicine. I went to the ER Barstow Hospital they gave me pain medicine to last one day. Saturday I went to the Hospital They gave me medicine to last me one day. Sunday I went to the hospital they gave me medicine and ordered me to call my pain management Doc Joe Park.On 12-17-2017 I called and the receptionist was very rude and told me the soonest they could get me in was the 28th. I told her it was an emergency and that I needed meds ASAP. I asked her if there was anything else I could do. She said NO! I have 5 bulging discs in my back I am feeling better off dead. He's a great doctor will not give prescriptions first time you're there

If you are just seeking drugs, do not waste your time with Dr. Park. He wants to help you get better. He will do everything he can to help correct the problem that is causing your pain. Dr. Park is one of the most conscience doctors I have ever been to.

Dr. Park is callous towards his patients. He has no sympathy for your suffering it seems he is more interested in the money he is making than genuinely helping those that are suffering in pain. I wouldn’t recommend him. You will run out of medicine before he even decides to help you.

Waited 90 minutes past appointment. Very irresponsible for pain management person. People are suffering to the extreme . For them to overbook this overbooking is cruel and wreckless. This Dr. is cruel.

Went with my brother for an injection in his shoulder weeks before his surgery. That went ok. My brother returned months later for pain medication that would be compatible with his other medications. Dr. Parks treated him rudely by telling my brother he was trying to circumvent the system to get more pain meds and to go back to the VA. The VA authorized my brother to go to Dr. Park since the VA could not see him within 30 days. Has Dr. Park never heard of the Veterans Choice program? Dr. Park shouldn't belittle and accuse people of this kind of behavior without knowing a person's status. Completely out of line. Dr. Park has given me several injections in the last 4 months, without relief. I explained that I am in a great deal of pain, and he offered more injections. I feel like my pain should be being managed. He won't increase my medication, and doesn't seem concerned that I am in pain. I don't want more injections that cause increased pain. And I'm not asking for an unlimited supply of meds. I just want my pain managed, so I can have a descent quality of life. I don't feel like he adequately addresses pain. He is very polite, and is gentle while giving injections. But not great at managing pain. Dr. Park has given me several injections in the last 4 months, without relief. My husband has suffered for many years with terrible Syatic paiin from Degenerative Disc Disease, Scoliosis problems, etc. Dr. Park gave him injections, which helped fairly well until the back prob. got worse. He has had a pain pump for a few years now. It's been a god send. My mate eventually had Dr Parmar an Orthopedic Surgeon work on him, but he still had pain until Dr. Park discovered he had a 30% compression fracture the other Dr. missed! Dr. Park fixed it fast and my man is doing great!

Dr. Park was able to relieve my pain from spinal stenosis even after a laminectomy. Although it was a process, I feel that we are on the right road to controlling my back and leg pain.

i read these reviews and think "this can't be the same doctor who so patiently explained to me over and over till i got it" exactly what was wrong with me, the choices i had with what to do about it, and the consequences of each choice. I have been seeing him for the past year or so and have always found him patient and caring. i would gladly pay a doctor who was good enough to tell me the shot that might benefit his pocketbook, would not be good for me!
