I almost always have a good experience at Lodi Valley Dental. Dr. Crane is an excellent Dentist with a great chair side manner.

Great place I finally found a full service dentist that has incredible staff. Great Doc. And professional, clean and I no longer stress the dentist. Very willing to work financially with you on the big stuff.

We just love our Dental Hygienist, Billy Jo. She makes our visits such a pleasure. Dr Crane gives you his undivided attention and we now actually look forward to our visits!

Yesterday was my first visit to Lodi Valley Dental. Kristie, the dental hygienist, was amazing! She was friendly and courteous. She did a thorough job cleaning my teeth and answering some questions for me. The dentist, Dr. Hanlon, was very professional, and explained in detail what he found after examining my teeth. So thankful that we found this clinic!

The staff is very accommodating and friendly. Dr. Crane really knows how to care for any dental problem you may have. I feel confident going to Lodi Valley Dental.

I had a very sharp tooth from a broken piece. The sharp tooth was hurting my tongue so bad. I couldn’t talk or had hard time of eating which I was having a lot of soft foods. The lady at the desk was friendly and nice. The dental hygienist greeted me with a smile that I was going to be ok. Dr. Behling was nice, kind, caring. I would recommend anyone to see her. Everyone was so awesome at your clinic. I'm so impressed with Dr Crane.

I have been a patient of Dr. Crane since high school and have always had great experiences with him. I recently started seeing Dr. Behling and am extremely happy with her! I highly recommend this place.

Poor pain management, poor quality work (on a temporary treatment that fell off within 20 minutes), nasty staff (Heather only) and very vindictive if you lament. Details below..... Cracked a tooth, was seen by Dr Crane on Friday. He said I needed a root canal and some crowns repaired. For a temporary remedy, Dr. Crane put some temparin(?) on the split tooth They questioned who I had been seeing since 2013, then scoffed when I replied "no one, that was my last visit." Which, was the honest truth. The estimate was $4000, which seemed fair. They "fit [me] in" on the following Monday. By the time I arrived home, (about 20 min later), the temparin(?) dislodged and the remnants were in my mouth. Dr Crane told me to alternate Ibuprofen and Tylenol for the pain and take antibiotics for the infection. The intense sharp pain was torture! By Sunday night the pain was just as intense, if not worse. So, I called and left a very POLITE message asking for my x-ray, informing them of my pain, and cancelling my root canal for Monday. I was in so much agony I couldn't consider getting dressed to go in and let them drill the pulp out of my tooth. By Wed the pain was only a dull ache. Now that the pain subsided, I called to "reschedule" my root canal. They were very cold on the phone and transferred me to Heather. She didn't try to conceal her fervent outrage. She said "Dr Crane can't see you, he's booked through January." I was perplexed, but proceeded to request an appointment for my son to repair the 15 cavities they identified in early July. We wanted to fix them in July, but they didn't have an opening. Instead, they promised to call in when they had a cancellation. He's 20 and never without his phone; they never called. I didn't think they would punish my son because they were angry with me. So, I asked Heather if my son could get an appointment to fix the 15 fillings they identified in July. She was downright nasty, "Dr Crane can't see him either." I followed up by inquiring as to the availability of the other dentist in the office. She emphatically said "NO he's booked up too" then she hung up on me. We don't have insurance and the cost of the needed dental work was over $8000. We have invariably paid in cash the day of service. In fact, my husband recently had $10,000 in dental work with Dr Crane which he paid for in cash that day. So, this isn't a money issue. We pay our bills. My only theory is that they were angry I complained about the pain and cancelled an appointment that wasn't available in the first place. As THEY said," he's booked on Monday but he will fit you in because it's urgent." I have been so happy with my care at Lodi Valley Dental! Every interaction has been positive and friendly. Billee recently helped my 3-year-old through his first dental visit. She and Dr. Behling we’re SO kind and patient with him! I definitely recommend this clinic!

Seen promptly at my appointment time. Tricia RDH, is very professional and does a great job. Dr Joel Crane DDS, is also very professional and does a great job. I would recommend them both as they are great with kids, all the way up to senior citizens. It’s a one stop shop for all your dental needs. They do cleanings, fillings, crowns, braces, extractions, implants, dentures, and more. The office is in a new building in the last couple years, they have all the latest technology, they are always continuing education of their entire staff and they are all so friendly and very professional. Excellent customer service with a genuine staff. The Dentists add a true touch of humanity through the way they take care of people. Im happy I chose them and would refer anyone here.

Took my 85 year-old mother to this dental center to have a broken bridge and missing tooth evaluated. She is a resident of a local nursing home. The dentist was extremely gentle, kind, and caring. He even offered a very generous discount without even being asked for one. I highly recommend this dental group!

My family and I have been going here for years. Dr. Crane is insanely accommodating to all of my weird anxieties. He and his staff make sure I am comfortable and anxiety free before they begin any work. Gas? No problem. Music...no problem. I even ask for an x ray cover because the extra weight makes me feel calmer...no problem. They accept Care Credit so even paying is painfree. He's pretty funny and not bad looking so that's a plus too!! My family and I have been going here for years. Dr. Crane is insanely accommodating to all of my weird anxieties. Great Service!

Felt very comfortable with Dr. Crane and the staff at the office. Very caring people. Every visit they explained all they were going to do and the cost for everything.

Dental visits have been a source of anxiety since I was a boy. I wish I had found LVD long ago. They were actually able to put me at ease and use a system of cleaning that cleaned my teeth without pain. Thanks LVD

Dr. Crane is compassionate and caring, he listens well and is attentive to the concerns of his patients. He is knowledgable and professional.

We love Dr. Sorensen and Dr. Crane and all of the staff. They make you feel at home and take away any anxiety that you might have because of work that needs to be done. They are also very flexible and bend over backwards to accommodate your schedule. We compared Madison rates to their rates and they are about 15% to 20% less for quality dental work. Worth the trip especially for major work to be done. Also they are very conservative and will attempt to prolong the life of a tooth if at all possible avoiding costly work until absolutely necessary.
