The receptionist with a long blonde hair was exceptionally rude. My wife and i walked in to make an appt. and we were calm and polite and she was offended that we walked in to make an appointment. Actually this is the second time the same receptionist treated us so rudely. Switching dentist now as a result of this rude, impatient receptionist. Bye bye Dr. Joel Frankel. I’m sure she’s more like this with most people she encounters.
