Dr. Yates is a great dentist. He and his staff insure the best care one could ask for! They are friendly and easy to work with.

Very knowledgeable hygienists and Dr. Yates is super awesome! Everyone is so friendly and wonderful. They always go the extra mile to be gentle, thorough, and clean! ❤️

I am so fortunate to find an office with such care and professionalism. When I originally researched for dentists in my new town, I found a family of dentists, with a lifetime of experience, everyone is so kind. I feel like a million after every appointment. Thank you all.

Dr Yates and staff are the greatest. My only regret is I don't have two sets of teeth so I can visit twice as often !

Joel Yates is awesome I have watched Joey grow up from a small school age boy. Joey and Kristy (my daughter) was good friends from the beginning of school till their graduation. He is one heck of a dentist and friend. Just to tell you how good he is, I’m moving 7 hours away and still planning on coming back for my dental needs. ???????????????????? Dr. Yates is an amazing dentist. He's very engaging and asks about family! He stands by his work! I had crown fall off and a chipped tooth cover come off and he repaired them for free! Great dentist!

They r great. Charlie & Dr Yates r the ones I deal with & they r wonderful. I must also mention the ladies in the office. They will help u anyway they can. Wouldn’t go to any other dentist.

I had missed my 6 month checkup so I called Monday morning for an appointment thinking it would be another 6 months before I could get an appointment. But Kate answered the phone and said I could come in that day. Now that’s service. Amanda took care of my cleaning ( she is the best). Pam helped me with a billing question and Dr.Joel will always be my choice in dentist. PS we like the same music

I went for a dreadful root canal. I have never had one before, so I didn’t know what to expect. Dr. Yates and his staff were very kind. I know it was a root canal, but it was a very pleasant experience. Dr. Yates took his time with me, joked around with me, and his staff made sure I was comfortable. I have heard so many people talk about how uncomfortable this dental procedure is, but I had zero issues or complaints! Thank you Dr. Yates and staff!!

Absolutely impressed with this office! Amanda was amazing from the beginning to the end of my visit! Dr. Yates was very patient and kind. He eased my fears and provided information to make decisions about my dental care easier. I definitely recommend this office!

I always enjoy a great visit at Joel W. Yates Jr. DDS. They always get me in promptly, make sure that I am comfortable, and do their work professionally with the NC latest technology. I have seen many dentists in the eight places I have lived in the past 25 years, and this is as good as it gets.

Dr. Yates and Staff always take excellent care of me and my family. They are prompt, courteous and super helpful! They go above and beyond. Two times now, when faced with emergency situations, he has come in after hours to fix the problems we were experiencing! One was a major broken front tooth. Can’t even tell there was ever an issue! Love them and HIGHLY Recommend!

Dr Yates and his staff are very efficient and professional. I have a problematic tooth and they worked to diagnose the issue. I was told results of their findings and given options to help me. Throughout the visit I knew that my comfort and health were important to them. I am thankful to have a dentist that cares and has the knowledge to repair my teeth.
