Dr. John A Albert

Dr. Albert is extremely knowledgeable and conscientious. He has an excellent doctor/patient manner and communicates very well. He really cares about his patients. He has kept my gout under total control for many years.

I have been seeing Dr. Albert for 7 months now. I was referred to him by another physician’s strong recommendation for swelling and pain in my hands, they were almost unusable. I also had constant joint pain throughout my body and it was affecting my entire life. Dr. Albert exhibits passion for what he does and insured me that he could help. We did blood work, canceled some meds and started on some new ones. In a period of time as we continued through his process, swelling disappeared, flexibility returned and much of the pain throughout my body has diminished. I am back to living again! Dr. Albert clearly explains what he discovers as well as his plan of action moving forward. He follows up with phone calls, will always let you know “he is only a phone call away”, and information is available in an on-line portal. Staff is friendly and the facility is nice, clean, and conveniently located. I am very happy with my care and can highly recommend Dr. Albert and staff.

After many visits and no results a friend advised us to go to Dr, Albert.. Truly wished we had known about him sooner. Immediately he knew what was the illness and ran tests along with Dr. Kushi. Before we got home he had left a message with the test results. On our follow up visit a week later my husband was able to walk into the clinic and have a pain level of one when the first visit had been a 10. We highly recommend these Experts and compassionate Doctors.

Doctor Albert literally saved my life by identifying a heart issue due to his thoroughness. I was there for a hand issue but first he checked my vitals and rechecked then told my wife to call my cardiologist. Short story two weeks later I had my pacemaker and was back to heart health. My hand issue is continuing under his treatment and improving. Doctor Albert has a sincere regard for his patients and I praise him to the max. He is one of the best people I have ever met not to mention a super doctor. Simply the best.

He doesn't seem to care about his patients, he only spends 5 to 10 mins with me. If I tell him I'm in pain he doesn't believe me and tells me to take Tylenol. I'm on the infusion which doesn't help for the whole month and it's useless telling him so I'm in the process of looking for another rheumatologist.

I suffered with gout for decades and my primary care physician essentially told me to just live with it, managing each flare as it hit. Although I was aware of medication that reduces uric acid levels, he declined to prescribe it. I visited Dr. Albert because he has a reputation for understanding and treating gout, as I saw from reviews and internet websites that list gout resources. He treated the problem with a phased introduction of the medication, so that my pain decreased rather quickly and my body did not have to react to a large dose of a new medicine. It has been a very good experience.

dr albert was recommended to me by another dr. so gald i found dr albert. if you suffer from gout this is the person you need to see. he has helped me greatly. very knowlegable, very profesional and just a pleasant man. he cares about your health and really wants to solve your problem. appointments are mostly on time. no long waits. also a very nice staff

Dr Albert is very thorough in history taking and offering different methods of treatment. He is very kind, listens to you and has a positive attitude to your treatment. I was really impressed with him as far as wanting to help and getting the treatment needed. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing his specialty!!! Definitely 10 stars out of 5!!!!!

I've been a patient here of Dr. Albert for over 10 years and have had excellent care! I've had a ton of trouble in the past with diagnosis and care until I finally visited the RDC. Dr. Albert nailed it and basically changed my life. So much so that I _still_ drive 3 hours (I'm in Chicago) to visit him regularly. Also, huge shoutout to his receptionist, Jenny, who has always gone above and beyond helping me with scheduling and appt changes. Really, everyone from the front desk and lab techs have been helpful and professional, so I highly recommend the RDC!

Dr. Albert is an amazing doctor as well as an amazing person. My podiatrist diagnosed me having gout. He recommended Dr. Albert. I called for an appointment and couldn’t be seen for a month! I told receptionist about my diagnosis and within 10 minutes received a call back to be seen in 3 days!! I thanked Dr. Albert and he said anyone with gout he will see immediately; he understands the unbearable pain. You can call him anytime and he will call back!. I tell EVERYONE what a great doctor he is.

My visit's have always been on time and very professional. When talking to Dr. Albert he listens and will give you an answer. He always tells me if I have a problem or question I can ask or I can call anytime. Has been very helpful to help understand my condition over the almost 10 years now. I would recommend him 100%.

Dr. Albert is a wonderful doctor. Caring, smart and kind. He genuinely cares. When you email or call with a question or concern, he calls you back, not his nurse. I appreciate that. It took years for me to get a correct diagnosis. It was only after finally being referred to Dr. MAlbert (recommended by another dr) that I got to him and he immediately targeted how to treat me and correctly diagnosed me. With his help and correct treatment he has been hugely influential in changing my life for the positive. After being under his care for a short while I immediately began to improve and even went on to lose 116 lbs just because I could now move and exercise since I wasn't in so much pain all day everyday. Dr. Albert was strongly recommended to me by two people under very different circumstances. I was having severe gout attacks. He prescribed medication and I have had no attacks since. He is caring, conscientious, personable, and extremely knowledgeable. He communicates clearly about your condition. I highly recommend him.

This is an account of both my wife's and my experiences being treated by Dr John Albert. He is at the Rheumatic Disease center at 7080 N Port Washington Rd,Glendale,Wi,53217. Out of nowhere my wife Debbie starte having tremendous pain just about everywhere. She had trouble even getting up or even basic movements without excruciating pains.Up until then,she had been very active,she never sat down.Within a very short time Dr Albert evaluated her situation and put her on the right medication.She had rheumatoid arthritis.She is now pain free and has completely gotten her life back. I was told for years that the pains that the pains that I have were due to arthritis, osteoarthritis and spinal stenosis.While some of that is still true.Since I started seeing Dr Albert He discovered that the pain in my wrists and hands is caused by having Rheumatoid Arthritis as well and can be treated. Dr. Albert is a very kind & hands-on practitioner (he evencalled me at home to speak with me about a lab result). He was very thorough with his evaluation of my arthritis & provided an excellent rationale for his plan of care for my specific condition. We were referred to Dr Albert for my husbands gout, after being treated by 3 other Dr's with no relief we walked into his office he took one look at his foot and new right away how he was going to treat it. He could not have been better wish we would have been sent to him sooner. This man is great he explains everything to you and makes sure you understand everything before you leave his office.

Over time did not listen to my pain concerns and did not examine all the joints that I spoke about.

I have psoriatic arthritis that went undiagnosed and/or misdiagnosed for many years. The joint and back pain were constant. Dr. Albert finally gave me the correct diagnosis and established a treatment plan that has left me, for the first time in many years, without pain. His personal follow-up with me and his follow-through with my insurance company has been exceptional.

I have been going to Dr. Albert for several years, He is a very kind and caring doctor. He helped me to find a medication to help me. It took awhile, but he helped me through it. If I need him in between appointments, I know he is only a phone call away.

Very rude and mean,will drop you when his nurse is in the wrong Jenny.Don't care about your health at at Debra Johnson manager very rude,and hangs up in your face doesn't meet with you and is scared of Doctor Albert.He is the most rude doctor I ever met,and reporting all of them for verbally abusing me.Words can not explain the way I feel

I have had an excellent experience with Dr Albert. He has always been very through and thoughtful. He manner make me quite comfortable. He explains things and anticipates issues that might arise. I would highly recommend him.

His knowledge of rheumatoid diseases is phenomenal. Especially gout. I had no idea that gout can and will flare up in multiple joints. I was admitted into the hospital with severe pain (10 out of 10), redness and swelling at all my joints. I was there for 2 days being given different antibiotics and painkillers. They called in a specialist on the third day. Dr. Albert, diagnosed and treated me. I was able to walk with a walker on the 4th day and discharged on the 5th day.
