I get your an awesome doctor but your availability is crazy! Next time your available is June or July !!!Maybe if you stayed open for a longer period of time you would be able to get in more patients.

Waiting time reasonable. Exam thorough.

Dr. Lyon and her nice staff always treat me well. I have received excellent care from Dr. Lyon over the years and have recommended her to others.

A caring and experienced professional.

Unfortunately had a terrible experience. I waited in the exam room for over 30 mins, which I was fine with as she might have needed to spend more time with another patient. However, when the doctor came in the she was quick to say that she might not get everything done today. When I asked her to clarify since I had been specific when booking the appt on the phone, she just repeated “I will get done what I can today”. I asked her again to explain as I didn’t understand why she wouldn't do it all, and she just literally repeated the same statement- almost argumentative like. Finally I mentioned that I took off of work to go there and then she finally elaborated and said, in a very short manner, that I was late so she may not cover everything. I explained that that wasn’t the case, that I had been in the room for nearly 40 mins waiting. So she asked if I wanted to reschedule. I was so exasperated that she couldn’t just communicate with me and was so rude but just wanted to get what I could out of this visit since I waited months to get in. She did the “skin exam”, which took literally one minute. The entire exam was over in five, she didn’t even address one of the issues I asked her about. When she came back in she said that the front desk made a mistake and gave a half-hearted apology. She didn’t clarify why she was telling her assistant to write down information about my moles, never said if anything looked concerning or normal, and I had to ask her if my moles were abnormal because she was not addressing. I give doctors a lot of passes bc I respect their expertise and recognize that they have incredibly hard jobs and deal with so much, but this bedside manner was so poor and the communication so terribly lacking that I would never recommend her to anyone. The staff at Dr Lyon’s office is very professional, efficient and personable. Dr Lyon is very attentive and focused. She always has a succinct assessment or diagnosis and informed suggestions for skin care and safety in the sun

Dr Lyon and staff are always courteous-polite-and professional. I have been seeing Dr Lyon for many years. She is the consummate professional and I greatly appreciate her expertise and years of service to the community.

Dr. Lyons put each of my children at ease and was extremely caring and compassionate. She answered all our questions and never seemed to be in a rush. The office staff and nurses were friendly and knowledgeable as well. I would highly recommend Dr. Lyons to anyone looking for a pediatric dermatologist.

Dr. Lyon is brilliant, empathetic, and any patient's dream dermatologist. She is a star!

Very professional took care of my problem found a few more things that I was unaware of!!

Everyone at Dr Lyons office is wonderful: from the kind receptionist, the knowledgeable and friendly techs to the amazing doctor herself! I had a lunch excision procedure and it was painless, quick and they provided answers to all my questions. Such a great team!

Dr. Lyon has been my dermatologist for 3 years. She gave me my most thorough skin exam for sign of skin cancer, with someone outside the curtain taking dictation about every freckle and mark. My mother died of melanoma, and I had one removed about 5 years before I met Dr Lyon, so I appreciate her carefulness.

This doctor never order any tests to see why my child does not respond to her treatment. She prescribed the same treatment for years without being concerned about the outcome.
