John E Balmer JR.

Don’t waste your time going to this candy store. Since I moved up to northwestern PA I have heard the same thing many times. Balmer is the candy man up here. Go to a REAL family practice and get REAL treatment anywhere else but this place. I dreaded going in there every appointment!

Went here for years never trusted another doctor in my life.. was wrongfully terminated due to a misunderstanding an I haven’t been to another doctor since this incident I have really bad anxiety an a lot of other med issues I have tried to go another doctor but it never works out so I guess I just won’t have one anymore!!

Dr Balmer is very knowledgeable, compassionate, and he takes his time with each patient making certain they leave confident that their health is in great hands!! I cant speak highly enough about him and the students who work with him as they learn!

I love the staff here! They work fast but take time for you if you need it. I've never felt rushed or anything. Short wait times, just an overall great experience.

You might have to wait awhile but that's because the provider is taking time with patients when needed and will with you too if needed. They don't rush you. They will help you in any way they can

This place is BULL CRAP....I had an appointment at 345 and people that had appointments at 4 got called back before I did. After over an hour of sitting in the waiting room I got Called back to another room only to sit there for over an hour. WHY SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS IF THEY ARE NEVER KEPT. I STORMED OUT AFTER I WAITED OVER 2 HOURS AND STILL DID NOT SEE A DOCTOR. I GUESS THE HUGE LUMP ON MY NECK IS OF NOOOO IMPORTANCE. YOU GUYS SHOULD SHUT YOUR DOORS BECAUSE YOU ALLL SUCK AT YOUR JOB. IT TOOK EVERYTHING I HAD TO KEEP MY MOUTH SHUT WHILE I LISTENED TO EMPLOYEES LAUGHING AND TALKING ABOUT THE WEEEKEND.
