Both Doctor Bilder and Dr Ben are awesome. Very knowledgeable, very gentle. Actually NOT afraid to go to the Dentist.

My Fiancé and I both had fillings done by the new dentist today, Dr. Ben Snipes, and he was absolutely wonderful!! Very thorough, professional, and even went the extra mile on my teeth. Dr. Bilder has always been the go-to dentist within 50 miles of here, and we think Dr. Snipes is a GREAT addition to the practice!!

Dr. Bilder and his team are very kind, caring, and helpful. I'm 34 years young, and he's been my (and, my family's) dentist my whole life. I don't trust my dental needs to anyone else - only Dr. Bilder and his team. ❤️ Such a gentle man.

Excellent experience!

i arrive at the office miserable because i am the dentist. and leave with a HAPPY SMILE thanks to dr. bilder and his staff. (even when i don't have teeth in)

If I rated my experience on how it started out it would be 0! The young male dentist was so rude and hateful to me. This was my first time going to a dentist in my life and I needed a wisdom tooth pulled. I was already very nervous and then he tried to pull my tooth without having me fully numb and kept telling me it was just pressure! Finally he got frustrated and snatched out the mouthpiece and said “what’s the problem”. I told him I felt a lot of pain and he said he wasnt pulling my tooth and referring me to a surgeon!!! After he had already been diggin and pulling trying to get it out! I was hysterical because I couldn’t imagine how badly it would hurt after all that when the novacain wore off. I begged for another dr and he just kept saying no basically making fun of me. Luckily either he or the nice assistant lady went and got dr. bilder and je came in and was so kind to me. He calmed me down numbed me in the spots that were not numbed properly before and had my tooth out within minutes! So if you get Dr Bilder I would highly recommend this office but if you get that hateful young male dentist then I’d walk out and leave! Worst pain and experience of my life! Quick fast and painless loved it

For 17 years he had been my dentist when I first came to this country .I can’t trust anyone with my teeth. Tried to change due to distance from Florence. Not anymore. God bless this doctor.

The service that I received was great but the billing representative was unprofessional and rude. I gave a copy of both my dental plans to the receptionist on my procedure date. The receptionist told me basically that I was lying. I offered emailing it, texting it or even faxing it and she said you guys don't have those abilities and the fax would be to dark. I live in Columbia so there is know way I'm taking a trip for a simple insurance card. Trying to solve the problem ??

I absolutely love this office. Everyone here is pleasant and their service is impeccable. My first visit was 5 years ago and since then I’ve never went to another dentist.

Absolutely horrible office staff. Worst experience ever in my entire life in a medical practice. Pretends to be Godly people with snakes hidden in their front office.

I had a tooth in the front of my mouth that broke off to the gum. I was referred to Dr. Bilder to do the extraction. I went to his office which was 45 minutes away and was taken in immediately. Dr Bilder extracted the tooth and I never felt anything. I was so impressed with him as a Dentist and as a person. I would highly recommend this Dentist.

I've seen Dr Bilder 6 or 7 times over the years. While everything is not perfect, it is still worth the long wait times. I can't imagine anyone with a gentler touch or with more compassion. On top of that, the prices are more than reasonable. He is also open on Saturday A.M. The one bad thing (if you could call it that) is that being so dedicated to helping people he is overworked. I personally hope he slows down on the number of people he sees just so he will be able to stick around longer.

There was a very long wait, but Dr.Bilder was the best dentist I have ever went to. Wish I knew about him sooner. Got tooth pulled and nearly pain free. Awesome Dr. Worth the wait and drive.
