Moved here 8 months ago. Was looking for a new family dentist. Having a issue with a tooth and called to make appt. They were booked up for 2 months. I'm sorry but they should leave room for new patients and emergency. The lady that answered the phone wasn't concerned about that. Will take my business elsewhere.

I had no problem with this dentist until today. I went in for a wisdom tooth extraction and I had a traumatic experience. It was very painful, I’m numb every where else but where my tooth was took from. I wasn’t offered anything for pain management except over the counter meds. Great dentist. Experienced, professional, and very personable.

Ive always been scared of the dentist and he took great care of me. My nerves were even more tore up pregnant and he always reassured me and ask about the baby. The receptionist was super friendly and got me in sooner for cleaning due to other issues i had. Love this place

I have been with Dr. Buchanan since I was a young child. He truly is so good at what he does. All the staff have been with him for years. It's always very clean. He is a wonderful dentist with a great bed side manner. I don't know what I will ever do when he doesn't practice anymore. Dr. Buchanan and his staff are the best in town!

Dr Buchanan Has always been gently with me. My fears just seems to leave once he comes and gives me that nice and welcoming pat on my shoulder. He is the BEST thus far!

Great Dentist and offers great work.

I had 3 dentist tell me I needed a root canal... I went to Dr Buchanan and he gave me a filling and I'm so thankful he saved my tooth!! He is very friendly and gets the job done gently and fast. I'm always there under 30 min.

We love Dr Buchanan. He is easy going, gentle, proficient. Down fall is they are out of network for all insurance carriers. We have been hit hard with bill balances. They will file to the insurance as a “courtesy” but the insurance doesn’t pay what they would for in network providers. Sad to say we will have to find a new dentist.

He is a very Caring dr

Dr. Buchanan is a very nice and patient. Have had to have a lot of teeth extracted and everything has gone very well. No problem with a next day emergency appt for a bad toothache.

Excellent. Another provider said my husband needed a root canal. Dr Buchannan said he just needed his cap glued back in. That was over a year ago, and still no problem
