John Capurro

I’ve seen Dr. Capurro now for about 4 years. I’ve had bad experience with trying to find a decent PCP that actually give a hoot about anything- they seem to only care if you’re a kid. Dr. Capurro has been completely different from every doctor I’ve seen! He actually listens, provides good treatment, doesn’t rush you, doesn’t make you feel like you’re a burden, is almost always on time, refers when needed (and picks good referrals, not just his buddies). I recommend him to anyone in need of a PCP!! I don’t know what I’ll do if he ever retires.

Dr Capurro is a fantastic doctor! If you are looking for a compassionate, highly well trained doctor go to Dr John Capurro. He is wonderful!

I have known Dr. Capurro for over ten years. He is the most trustworthy and sincere Person. Although, My half of the family are Medical Doctors. I recently fired my primary physician and brought all my medical needs to Dr. Capurro. I highly recommend especially FAA Medical Certification.

I started feeling unwell from an upper respiratory infection during the week before Christmas. I called Dr. Capurro’s office and the receptionist pleasantly told me she would get in touch with him and I would be receiving a call back. Sure enough, within 1/2 hour his medical assistant called to let me know that Dr. Capurro ordered medication at my pharmacy and also put in an order for a Covid test since my daughter has Covid at this time. I got the Covid test at the Christ Hospital Urgent Care and it was negative. I have been taking the medications this week and am feeling much better. The best and most efficient place for your FAA Class 1 physical

I've been coming to this office for 33 years.First to Dr.Stein and fortunately the practice remains open under his protoge Dr.John Capurro.I have seen the passing and retiring of many a wonderful secretary..Barb and Joan. All truly missed. I have and do often travel from the other side of the globe to get my medical with Dr.John Capurro because this practice has been like a familiar home for most of my professional career. Searched high and low for a doctor that would LISTEN to me. Read some reviews on him and took a chance yet again to figure out what has been plaguing me for years. He did the work and found out what was wrong with me in a month. Great provider. Highly recommend.

Actually, it was for my husband. He's been experiencing high blood pressure. With Dr. Capurro's expertise, I think we finally have him on the right drugs. He's always so pleasant and caring. I don't dread seeing him like I have other doctors.

I have been seeing Dr Capurro for many years. He is always pleasant and efficient. My whole family now goes to his practice and we couldn't be happier.

Very Horrible office. The staff is very unprofessional & rude. the girls Megan, Amanda & Theresa don't care about patient welfare.

Dr. Capurro is a wonderful doctor! He really listens to what you tell him and is very thorough. My husband and I have been seeing him for years and we switched our teenagers to him as well.

I have been seeing Dr. Capurro for over 20 years, he is has always been a great, easy to talk to doctor. I have always had a great experience with Dr. Capurro, however the same can not be said with the offices he has worked out of. He moved to this office last year and so far from my first visit to my most recent phone call this office has blown me away with how much faster and over all better they are. I'm a route technician in Milford, (his last office was in Milford) I had an appointment at 8am at the Milford office for a routine 3 month visit for my prescription. I didn't make it to my first stop until almost 9:30am. I have had several visits at his new office in eastgate, my last appointment was at 8:20am. I not only made it in and out by 9am I made to my first stop by 9am. My hat is off to this location, they seem to actually understand how important my time is to me. I have been with Dr. Capurro for many years, because he is the best doctor out there, he is way above 5 stars He is way more knowledgeable than any of the many doctors I had before I found him. He was a miracle for me my condition is very rare, the first time I walked in his office he knew about my condition. I found him years ago and been with him ever since. I trust him with my life, and that says a lot. He is the best, you won't find one better than him!

My wife saw Dr. Capurro a few weeks ago. She said the office workings are much improved. Calls to the office seem to be better handled now as well. Hopefully this trend will continue.

Not a good office at all... Son was diagnosed with MS and taking steroids and having possible reactions to medicine. Staff says nothing they can do?? Find another practice...

You will never be seen, they never return your phone calls and they can never see you within 2 weeks. The office staff is absolutely horrendous, I hate that a dr this awesome is apart of such a horrible company!

Dr. Capurro is, in my opinion, one of the best in the city. It is difficult if you're trying to get in, in the next couple days but it's not horrible. The good doctors are always busy. Additionally, the staff keeps a few slots open each day for last minute issues. If you call in the morning when they open you can usually get in the day of. I injured my ankle while playing softball. After several weeks it had not healed. Dr. Capurro took X-rays and didn't see anything. He speculated it was a sprain, and prescribed anti-inflammatories. Two weeks later I was still hobbling, returned to Capurro. Another X-ray, same diagnosis. I mentioned a specialist, but he said it wouldn't help. I finally visited a sports medicine doctor, who did a bone scan, which revealed a hairline fracture that needed a cast. CANNOT RECOMMEND CAPURRO!!

I have been with DR Capurro for over 20 years he's the best doctor in the world. The staff is the best. I love my doctor, he is the BEST!!!!
