Worst patient treatment. I was finally able to make an appointment about a month ago in spite of the fact that the office typically doesn't answer the phone and they "triage phone calls". Today I arrived after driving 40 minutes from Waynesville. Couldn't locate the building within the doctor's office park and of course no one answered the phone. I finally found the office and then was told the doctor could not see me today because he was in surgery. They had made no attempt to contact me. He could not see me later in the day and no one else could see me. No apology. It was all stated like this is a pretty routine modus operandi. I walked out.

My visits with Dr Cargill went well and his care was good, but his office staff repeatedly ignored phone messages and my requests for postoperative medications. On the rare occasion when I was able to reach a receptionist, they promised to call back that afternoon or the next day but never did so. Communication with the office was very frustrating

saw Dr Cargill about blood in urine. He was very through and his communication about my concerns was considerate and I did not feel like he dismissed me. He was gentle during procedures and explained all going on. I highly recommend him as a physician.

Had a appointment cancelled by the Dr. Called back twice to reschedule appointment, got a voicemail and never received a call back after two calls! He may be a great Dr. but the support staff leaves a lot to be desired! Looking for another Dr.

Hi. I saw Dr. Cargill from after having a very bad experience from a previous doctor that put in a bladder sling. Been over 4 months and Dr. Cargill is going to fix me and I am very pleased so far ??
