I hadn’t been to the dentist in years. I work with 2 people that go to him and love him, so I went and absolutely would tell everyone to go to him. I read some of the reviews and the receptionist that is there now is WONDERFUL! My daughter goes there now also and thinks the people are great.

Dr. Cichon and his staff define how a dental office should be run. They are always friendly, pleasant to deal with, knowledgeable, and above all professional. Every procedure is meticulously explained beforehand as to what it entails and why it needs/should be performed. It's very clear that Dr. Cichon and his personnel take their jobs seriously and go to great lengths to accommodate patients’ needs/wants, without charging them for arbitrary and unnecessary procedures. My spouse and I have been patients there for over five years now and will doubtlessly continue to be such as long as his practice remains open. Highly recommended! my opinion is stay away dont go see another dentist, never met the dentist he might be ok but his receptionist is something else a piece of work, call for apt. had a confrontation with her and she hung up on me, not polite not professional. Not a very nice person!!!!!

Wonderful dentist, professional staff and great attention. Cannot say enough good things about Dr. Cichon’s practice - and I am a person who mortally feared going to the dentist! Highest recommendation.

Best dentist in the area. Dr Cichon cares about his patients. Makes every effort to educate you. His entire staff is very knowledgeable. Even my daughter loves going there. She’s been to pediatric dentists (who you’d think know how to care for children). However, Dr Cichon is the one she prefers. He’s very gentle with the kids and makes them feel comfortable. I had a fear of dentists for 20 years after experiencing “military dentistry” and Dr Cichon was able to get me to come back and feel comfortable again. Highly recommend. Best dentist in the area. I’ve been coming to this office for over 5 years I was referred by a good friend of mine. Dr. Cichon and his staff are are great people I highly recommend them!

Always polite friendly and knows his stuff been my dentist since I was 14 I love Dr Cichon

Worse experience with receptionists ! Lady took all my info over the phone just to turn us down because she had not enough coffee and her attitude was the worse ever. Person like this should be working with wild animals at the zoo. Good luck trying to talk to the dentist.

Dr. Cichon and his entire office are very professional with adults and children. I have had a share of bad dental experiences including for my children, that is not the case with Dr. Cichon Or his office. The staff there is professional and kind, I have read reviews saying this is a money hungry practice, and that’s just so far from the truth. What I have to say on that is these statements are so far from the truth! I pay cash and this practice is worth every penny!! Love them!

My family has been going to Dr Cichon now for many years. He is the absolute best. I have had regular cleanings, route canals, caps and implants. No complaints. Dr Cichon is very honest, professional and personable. The staff are polite and efficient.

Stay away at all costs. Staff is nasty, rude, and condescending to patients. Insisted I go back in the treatment room for unnecessary X ray exposure after appointment was done once they found out I had top insurance coverage. Falsely accused me of missing an appointment that I never scheduled after my entire family was longstanding patients for over 15 years, then sent me a bill that went to collections for $50! After 15+ years! We will never go back there.

Horrible!!! First of all, anytime you call they do not answer the phone. You have to leave a message and wait for them to call you back. I had a filling fall out and wanted to become a new patient because a friend had recommended Dr Cochin because he was friendly and would work with you on payments (I currently do not have heath insurance and would have been a self pay patient.). I set up an appointment to have the filling fixed and the women scheduled me for a cleaning a cleaning a week later. I found out from my new job that I would be getting health insurance in November and figured I would just get the filling fixed and then return in November when I had health insurance for the cleaning. I tried to explain this to the front desk women and she immediately cancelled my appointment. I was told the only way they would accept me as a patient was if I agreed to do the cleaning. I was never made aware of this when I scheduled the appointment. I told her I really could not afford to pay out of pocket for everything and that I would like to do what was nessecary and return for the cleaning when I had insurance. She put me on hold and got back on the phone laughing telling me that they could not accept me as a patient THE DAY OF MY APPOINTMENT because I would not be able to afford it. I told her I needed the work done and if she was really going to force the cleaning then I would figure out the payment. She continued to question me on how I would get the money when I just said I couldn't afford it. It's none of her business where I would get the money from. She put me on hold again and got back on the phone with some excuse about how they would need to take X-rays during the cleaning and this would be very expensive. I told her I would pay for the cleaning but would need to wait for insurance to have the X-rays done. She told me that if they fixed the filling they knew I would not return for a cleaning. They definitely will not work with you, they are not understanding whatsoever. The women at the front desk is rude and disrespectful. I refuse to give my money to an office like this. From the start all they were worried about was taking my money. I didn't even step foot in the door before they were harassing me for money. Horrible!!! Wonderful dentise! He is fully experienced in his line of work and will take time to explain whatever needs to be done. I would highly recommend Dr. John because of his care and for making me feel comfortable regardless of the procedure. Thanks Dr. JOHN

My mother was "dismissed" as a patient today (after at least 15 years). She has Parkinson's with Lewey Body Dementia. She's sweet, gets around in a wheelchair and has helpful Aides, I often go to appointments as well. After asking for POA forms when mom missed an appointment (we had not scheduled, no confirmation), Today, I was accused of "harassing staff and throwing those documents". The front desk staff is nuts. Particularly if you are elderly, find another Dentist.

Horrible place.. Indian women has no repect. The office sent my friend to collections for $10 and she was with their practice for over 10 years she paid all of her other bills and apparently when she moved they did not update her address so she never got the mail. It is a horrible place to work, staff are never happy they go through staff like clock work. The hygienist is on drugs she smokes weed and takes Molly. All he xares about is money so he keeps her on. Dr Cichon will tall you out of your money, and complain to his staff about the patients. He messed up my partials and made it seem like it was my fault when he cemented my crown in wrong. Excellent experience and dentist is VERY helpful and friendly

Dr. Cichon and his staff are INCREDIBLE! Works with patients, is caring, considerate and understands the needs of his patients too! I've been going to him for going on 15+ years and if he were horrible like some claim he is, I still wouldn't be going there! His office staff is pleasant and Dr. Cichon doesn't deserve the negative reviews he's gotten here either! If anyone is doing drugs, I don't think it's any of his staff, I think it's those leaving the negative, bitter reviews! They should get a life already! Bitter SOBs! Dr is fantastic very experienced and willing to educate on your oral health as well as total being. That being said he has changed his staff and they are horrendous!! His "wife" at the front desk has turned his practice from a caring concerned community based Dr to a money mill. Hygienists have been let go to only be replaced with lower paid staff. My husband and I have been patients for years and after a serious illness this summer 2016-sent to collections over 50.

Christine in the office is incompetent. She is rude, unprofessional and clearly should not be representing this practice due to her poor skills. Dr. Cichon should hire more professional help, then patients may not leave his practice.

Awesome dentist. Horrible receptionist. They a rude on the phone and in person. They have patients leaving cause of the staff. They told me that they are there to enforce the docs policies. Guess they are the dental police. My family of 4 will never go there again or reference anyone to go there. The ones that I have reference will be made aware of this and will no longer be going as well. Doc needs new staff that are more polite to the patients.

I'm so happy to see that I wasn't the crazy, I had a tooth pull two years ago, it was the worst experience I ever had, he did so much damage, they day after the procedure I develop dry socket, it was a weekend and he was no where to be found and had no emergency number, I had to go to the ER. To make this worst I developed a jaw infection and suffered for over a year and now I have nerve damage, PLEASE BEWARE!!!!

The doctor seems nice to your face but talks poorly of his patients once they leave. He does not honor his word or his work. I usually don't write reviews but I'm so disappointed with the work that I had done. I paid someone else to fix what he did rather than keep his work. I strongly recommend thinking twice before going to this dentist.

Christine in the office is incompetent, rude and unprofessional. When I asked her to fill out a dental form so I can submit to my insurance company, she stated that she already spent way too much time during the verification process and will not be filling it out. In fact, she told me she tossed it in the garbage. Dr. Cichon should be made aware of how employees such as Christine tarnish his reputation. I do not recommend this practice based on the employee, Christine in the office.

Unprofessional office and staff. More worried about getting there money then treating there pt's. Receptionsits rude and arrogant on the phone who do not care or listen when you have a problem. I am very unsatisified with Dr Cichon and his office staff. I do not and will never recomend this dentist to my family or friends.

Had the most wonderful experience, extremely polite and look forward to a long relationship.
