Dr. John Domenico Colombo

Colombo misdiagnosed me without any investigation. When I returned with the same issue later, he casually thought it was something else with no mention of the previous diagnosis, and referred me to a specialist. He is a poor physician, and frankly his bedside manner turned unprofessional around 2020.

John use to be very caring, through the year him and his office in The Physician Haealthcare Network Marysville have gone down hill . Over booked and very under staffed.. After confronting him about the problem he discontinued his services to me Very Unprofessional . I highly don't recommend Physician Healthcare Network in Marysville or his service.

I thought he was an attentive doctor, but the last time I was in he lectured us on some conspiracy stuff he read on a blog. I know how science works and I don't really want my medical advice and treatment to come from a blog.

They do not answer the phone or return calls. Don’t waste your valuable time here. You could be dead before you hear back from them.

Dr Colombo is a great physician with a wealth of knowledge. He is always willing to listen and assist you in making the right choices for your health. I’m really glad I found a great doctor close to home.

Does no one answer phones there? Tired to call the last 2 days and no one is picking up or calling me back. Place is a joke.

Dr. Colombo, the PAs and nurses are great. The office staff are terrible. Unless you are calling to make an appointment everything else is a major hassle. I’ve had the same prescription refill sent to the the wrong pharmacy multiple times. I had a covid test done and results were ready 2 days later but no one ever called me about them. I even went in the office to ask about it 4 days later and was told the results weren’t in when they actually were. This resulted in me missing 3 days of.Good luck needing a simple question answered - they’ll just forward you to the voicemail box which takes at least 3 days to get a response. I’ve had them not even return my calls. They’ve sent me emails asking for a review of my most recent visit and never follow up with any negative responses I’ve left. I’ve complained to Dr. Colombo in person and gotten nowhere. Apparently there is no accountability there. It’s really too bad because Dr. Colombo is a great doctor but his support staff are pathetic.

My primary care doctor always asks questions and listens to you.

Dr . Columbo has been my primary care provider for many years. I can’t imagine going to anyone else, he listens and doesn’t rush you in and out of the office.

Had his mask hanging around his neck the whole time. I was told no studies showed masks effective for protecting against COVID-19. I found multiple studies contradicting this statement. Would you trust this man with your life or the lives of your family? He has some questionable practices.

Heard from my father that this man is suggesting herd immunity as a form of solution to Covid-19. When there are many factual articles out there saying it's far off and very unlikely in the near future. Do some research before trusting this man with medical issues.

My favorite doctor ever!

Dr. Columbia has a keen understanding of the medical field. He is open to all avenues and truly wants to help his patients.

Practice is very unprofessional. Would have to continuously call to have medications refilled. Wouldn't pre authorize medications. Staff was rude. Worst practice EVER!!!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Dr. Colombo appears to have a nice bedside manner until it comes to having your medications refilled. GOOD LUCK WITH THAT! As for prior authorizations...one week they do them the next they don’t . And don’t expect a phone call letting you know whether or not your medication has been authorized. They’ll keep you in the dark. How that for being professional..... You’re better off finding a more experienced doctor who’s actually in the office. This doctors on vacation or driving his expensive sport car... NO THANKS!!!

He takes the time to truly listen to you as a patient. Instead of just treating the symptoms, he tries to find the root of the problem. He also sits down and makes eye contact. My visits don't feel rushed.

Dr. Colombo is the best doctor in town, very thorough and great bedside manner. Very trustworthy.

Dr Colombo is awesome! He is kind and really takes time to know his patients and listens to them. My whole family uses him as a family doctor. The only drawback is it sometimes is a wait to see him. I believe this is because he does take the time to find out what's really going on and not just herding people in and out like cattle. Very good doctor with very friendly and pleasant manner. Dr. John Columbo is an excellent doctor. Very good at listening to your problems and helping you out. If he thinks you need another doctor for your problem he will send you to another doctor.
