Dr. Commet may be a good doctor for some, but for me he was completely useless. He didn't want to believe that my bipolar 1 diagnosis given to me by a licensed psychiatrist was correct and gave me a prescription for general anxiety which I don't even have. When I voiced my concerns for a possible spinal condition and genetic heart condition, I wasn't listened to. He had me go in for a spinal x-ray which never led to a diagnosis, and he never even tested me for the heart condition. I was peeved about it before, but now a few years later I'm waking up with constant back pain that is slowly spreading to my legs, and I have had to go into a hospital for tachycardia which every nurse and doctor there thinks may be a genetic heart issue. Thanks a lot Dr. Commet, maybe try listening to your patients health concerns.

Dr.Commet WAS our PCP until he refused to even look over medical records after a surgery which resulted in further medical complications. He told us he wouldn't see us and we needed to call another Dr. He then refused to even look over any records to help provide direction to get our problem resolved. He wouldn't even schedule an appt. For him to look at it himself. We tried multiple times to get in to see him only to be told no we have to see the Dr who did the surgery. But the part of the surgery that Dr. Did went fine so he don't care. The part we are having trouble with is what happened while being put under anesthesia. So after all the disrespect we went thru with this person that calls himself a Dr... I would NEVER recommend this person too anyone. And yet all the doctors we have seen have told us we need to follow-up with our primary care physician, well guess what, that's what we did (multiple times) and every time he and his staff refused

Dr. Commet is absolutely awesome. My only complaint Is the front desk lady named Leena/Lina. She is completely rude and nasty Everytime My Husband or Myself call to make an appointment or have a question. She's so rude it makes me want to find a different Doctor. If Dr Conmet wasn't so great, we would be gone already. Who can I take this complaint to? I thought maybe she had a bad day at first but it's been a year and she is nasty every time. Never have had too much of a problem in the past. Dr Commet has always been extremely informative, helpful, and explains any treatment plans to ensure you're comfortable and understanding of all options. Today, I called in because I thought I was overdue for my yearly check up, have been experiencing a cough due to previous issues that have been worsening, along with other concerns I wanted to discuss. I called to make an appointment and talked with the receptionist. Only reason I'm leaving three stars. Commet is a 5-star doctor, the customer service was below 1-star. I drive across the state to my appointments since I now live/work elsewhere. She refused to tell me the open times. She said it was too difficult to list the times (of which, there ended up only being 4 times once - five minutes later - she finally told me) and that it would be easier to tell me if a time I said worked, which made trying to schedule the appointment much more difficult. After asking me the COVID questions she determined I could not set up an appointment while having a cough - which is COMPLETELY understandable - however, I had told her towards the beginning of our conversation the reason for this appointment is in part because of my cough [due to another health condition]; she did not care to mention at that time that I wouldn't be able to schedule an appointment. When I brought up the fact I had already mentioned my cough, she became even more rude, blamed me and said she had not gotten to the COVID-related questions because I had been too "wishy-washy" with scheduling a time for an appointment. Not happy with that experience. Hope to see a change moving forward. Never have had too much of a problem in the past. Dr. Comment is the best doctor I have ever had. He takes his time with you and explains everything to you. I am so glad I switched. He is very informative.

Great doctor. In on time, patient, explained everything, very happy.

Staff was great but Dr. Commet does not listen. He told me I'm the doctor!!! They donot call to let you know when your scrip has been called in. He also told me my condition was all in my head. I'm done with him. GOOD RIDDANCE!!!!!

Miss diagnosed on a few family members including myself. Very rude when he does something wrong and blames it on the patient. Assume that everyone is getting prescriptions from multiple doctors instead of asking why something was prescribed. Jumped to conclusion and lost another patient. He needs help along with his staff.

Great doctor. He really cares and his employees are very nice and helpful. He spends time and listens to patients.

Nice comfortable clean office. Nurses bring you back quickly. The Dr is thorough and takes his time. Been coming here over 3 years now.

What a great office! The Staff is caring and professional. Dr. Commet is a thorough physician. Hey listens to your concerns and gives you a in depth course of action. His office is ALWAYS clean and tidy. This is the top medical facility around. Thanks for your great service to our community.

Horrible business practice. Authorized our family to return as patients, when we called to schedule our appointments, they "changed their minds" and refused to see us. This caused a lapse is medical care and a lapse in medications, while we sought out a new care provider. I DO NOT recommend this office. They do not have the patients best interest in mind.

Rude receptionist and you will have to wait HOURS and HOURS..just for a mandatory wellness exam.

My husband and I have been patients for over twenty years. Dr. Commet and his staff are top notch !!

Dr. Commet has been an incredible family doctor for my family and my parents. He always does his best to get you in if there's an emergency. His office is clean and the staff is courteous.

I came for an appt. and waited for hours till I could wait no more. Rude receptionist took it personal when I needed to schedule for a Friday. She said no come on Monday. 3 hours later I received a call from her stating she complained to the doctor about me and to go find another doctor!!!!!!! Yesterday I get a letter signed by Dr Commet telling me I was REFUSING to make an appt. so therefore could no longer be my doctor. NOT TRUE I KEPT MY APPT THE FIRST TIME AND I RESCHEDULED FOR A 2ND APP

I have greatly appreciated the time and attention that Dr. Commet provides. He listens carefully to what I am telling him before he makes a decision on solutions, He is patient and doesn’t rush through my appointment. I love reading and researching and taking care of my own health and he respects that and shares his knowledge to build on what I am learning. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Dr Commet seems like a very good and caring doctor, but his staff is VERY rude and very lazy, which makes a terrible combination. They never return phone calls, forget to bill secondary insurances, when you call for prescription refills they NEVER call you to let you know it's done, your just supposed to call the pharmacy constantly to see if they called yet! Lol They will tell you whatever it takes for you to not bother them, at least that's the feeling we got. Good Doctor, Terrible staff!!

Does not except Medicare or Priority Health but is accepting patients. We just aren't good enough.

I was a Patient of Dr. John Commet and he is a good doctor, his nurse is very good and is very nice too, but his staff is rude and very lazy. I personally would not recommend Dr. Commet's practice to anyone I know, mainly because of his staff though.

Had a 1pm appointment with Dr. Commet for the first time , didn't see the doctor until 4pm. The waiting room only has solid oak chairs to sit on, very uncomfortable after 20 minutes. Dr. Commet ran a psa test and told me I could get the results over the phone. When I called for the results I was told I had to schedule another appointment. I had recently moved to the area. I had the results sent to my old Dr., everything was normal. Would not recommend!!
