Very thorough, efficient and informative. Took time to answer questions and ask questions. Dr Daniels is always upbeat, smiling and has great rapport with not only patient but with patient’s support person. Cara, his assistant, was excellent in removing staples and caring for how I felt and if I needed anything or a break. Very personable. Overall a great visit.

I look forward to my visit every time all my concerns are answered

Dr Daniels was great told me I didn’t need surgery all I needed is a cortisone shot. Chelsie was great and painless.

Dr. Daniels was very personable and took time to ask questions and listen to my responses. I would highly recommend him as a orthopedic doctor! :-) Chelsea who is a physician assistant that works with Dr. Daniels was very knowledgeable and kind. She also was very proficient in her injections??

Explained how my knee replacement worked; always upbeat and easy to talk and joke around with.

I like this doctor very much. He did not push surgery. He did not push unnecessary tests. He was very frank, and personable. I never felt rushed or dismissed.

Dr. Daniels is always friendly and professional. The whole staff is, actually. And he is one of the very few medical personnel I trust. Leadership and morale come from the top down, and it obviously shows in this office. I love that he is not quick to lean towards surgery, but only when necessary. Hopefully, today's visit took care of my knee issue. Thanks!

Great surgeon! Great bedside manner as well. A very organized surgery without any problems at all. Dr, Daniels sets up everything for your surgery and therapy. I had 2 nurse visits at home and 2 weeks of home therapy. Very, very pleased with Dr. Daniels.

I did have to wait 25-30 for x-ray! But I got to see the doctor at least another 10 minutes! Dr Daniels was very professional and treated me and gave me options for surgery if the pain was too bad

Great! He showed me boy X-rays and explained everything that needed to be done. He was kind, courteous, businesslike and thorough.

One year check up for last February's knee replacement.

Dr. Daniels just replaced my left knee. He also replaced my right knee 9 years ago. I never thought of seeing another orthopedic surgeon when I knew I needed the other knee replaced. . Dr. Daniels is professional, forthcoming, thorough & answered all my questions. I knew I was in the best hands! He really is the best!

Dr. Daniel's is a very caring and thorough Doctor. I would highly recommend him. This was my 2nd knee replacement and he did a great job!

I found Dr. Daniels to be good listener and to be very thorough, recognizing that there might be other issues that need to be addressed. A previous ortho doc with whom I consulted saw a knee and only a knee. I'm so glad that I decided to seek a second opinion!

I went Dr. Daniels on the advice of many people who were extremely happy with their outcome, be it conservative treatment or surgical procedures. From 2020 to mid November of 2022, we worked very hard on maintaining strength and mobility until I had no choice but to get total knee replacements. It’s been 8 weeks since my last knee replacement and I LOVE it. I have my life back already. The fit feels superb, as does the knee that was replaced in 2020. It’s wonderful to know you can put your trust in Dr. Daniels and his team to do the right thing. Such a great team. Friendly and knowledgeable. I was never in the dark on anything. Everything was clearly explained and mapped out. So I am absolutely delighted with my new knees. I could not be happier. Plus, OrthoIllinois makes it super easy to communicate thru their portal app. Easy to use one phone—especially when you have urgent questions. I used this a lot. lol Hands down I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Daniels, should you have knee issues.

Office is well organized with friendly staff. Dr Daniels is excellent. He explains things to me about my condition. That's very helpful. Also he has a pleasant demeanor.

He really knows his field, gave a quick and accurate diagnosis, gave options for treatment with recommendations and was a pleasure to talk with. I highly recommend him and will definitely return if I need his services again. I couldn't be more pleased.

I did not see Dr. Daniels. I called to have him look at my ankle and foot and possibly my knee. When I got there, they said he does not do that, only knee and hip. There were no openings to see another doctor. needless to say, I was very upset and had traveled a distance to get there. Also, the weather was not the best. So, yes, I walked out of there, not being able to see anyone. Before I called, I went to immediate care in McHenry twice, could not park close because they were so overcrowded. I went to another immediate care, but they did not have a technician working at that time. So, I am trying to heal my ankle and my foot myself. Not sure what else to do at this point. Very disappointed in what took place.

The whole staff was very nice. Not all doctor’s office are that way.

Dr. John Daniels replaced my left hip 3 years ago. All is well. Dr. Daniels recently replaced my right knee and an equally fine job as well. So that after just 6 weeks I am out & about almost as normal. Both he and his fine staff do a Great Job. J. Berens Wadsworth, IL

I had surgery 2 weeks ago and am quite mobile and with very little if any pain. Dr. Daniels was attentive and did an excellent job in explaining to me what the procedure entailed and how much pain I may experience. Pain was not extreme at all and healing is progressing at a very good pace.

Although I was scheduled for an exam on one knee, when I requested to add the other knee which was causing pain, it was immediately approved and both were discussed and examined. Very grateful for the flexibility of the doctor and staff.

Prompt, friendly, efficient and thorough.

Dr Daniels is a great doctor. First time to see him and we liked him immediately. Caring, very knowledgeable for what was happening with my husband needing hip replacements. We have confidence in him for doing what comes next… hip surgery. He look time to exam my husband and explain what should be done. He answered our questions.

Dr Daniel's makes you feel that you are the only patient he has that day. He sits down, looks at you, not his computer, and starts the examination. He explains what he feels the issues are and what the next steps should be. He gave me some suggestions of things I could do at home to help relieve some of the pain. I left there feeling confident I had found the right Dr.

I feel confident that I am in good hands. Thank you to all the staff as well.

Just had my second hip replaced by Dr. Daniels 2 weeks ago. It couldn’t have gone any smoother. Everyone involved with my surgery was extremely professional and very caring. Dr. Daniels and his staff have hit it out of the park again. I am recovering as expected and making fast progress. All questions answered and all details covered. I highly recommend Dr. Daniels and his staff for hip surgery. You really feel like you’re in the best care possible.

Always a pleasure seeing Dr. Daniels. I leave knowing I was listened to and cared for as me, an individual. I have the utmost confidence in him as a doctor!

Dr. Daniels came highly recommended by people whose opinions I trust. He was personable and thorough, and I left his office feeling a lot less pain than when I first walked in. I, too, would recommend him to anyone.

I always feel very fortunate to be in such good hands with Dr. Daniels & his team! He is an excellent surgeon & treats his patients with kindness & compassion which is rare. Everything is well explained and the follow up care was wonderful. I felt so much relief due to how well he & his staff accommodated all of my needs. The Home Health care & PT I received was great. The minute Dr. Daniel’s walked in I could tell I was going to like him! I was referred to him and thank them for it! What a great guy, down to earth, friendly but honest! I would recommend him to anyone having knee problems. I should not have waited so long.

Dr. Daniels is a very caring surgeon with an excellent bedside manner. He explains procedures well, does not rush your visits, and always asks if you have questions. I will recommend him to friends and family.

Yes I would - he is compassionate informative and explains everything to the fact that you can understand. He absolutely knows what he is doing. He was able to keep me calm and fix the knee problem that I had from a previous surgery. He also took care of my husband 12 years ago and he is absolutely great with his surgery.

Efficient and pleasant.

Best ortho practice and Doctor. Very efficient, personable.

This is a kind, compassipnate and listening doctor whom I have utmost confidence in seeing.

One year knee replacement follow-up appointment went very well. Office check-in was efficient, X-ray followed, then visit with Dr. Daniels. He checked me thoroughly, pronounced things okay. Last visit. Surgery and healing went well. Good job.

It was efficient, informative, and helpful. Dr Daniels took the time to understand my situation and address all my concerns and an appropriate plan going forward for my hip pain.

The office is run very smoothly, all employees are very friendly and helpful. Dr. Daniels always is professional and easy to talk to. I have total confidence in him. This is the second hip replacement he has done on me.

Dr. Daniels is a good fun Dr. to deal with. He explained things and gave recommendations and things to do and not to do. I trusted his knowledge and expertise.

I could not be happier with the support I have received from Dr. Daniels. From the 2nd opinion consultation I had with him through surgery and post op discussions, he has been nothing but professional, clear and concise. His bedside manor is great which I have not found in other surgeons.

Dr. Daniels is knowledgeable and thorough. His abilities generate confidence in his patients.

Dr. Daniels is an excellent Doctor, and a really good person. He saw my wife several years ago, and was going to replace ther knee that was installed by other Doctors. She was having trouble with it. Dr. Daniels told her there was a problem with the knee, and many of them had already been replaced. We talked about it several times, and while she was procrastinating, She developed Cancer, and passed away.. I recommended Dr. Daniels to my daughter when she need knee surgery, she went to him, he did the surgery, and she could not be happier.. I recommended him to a friend, and he replaced her hip. Last but not least, I recommended him to a co-worker, and he had both knees, and a hip replaced, and he sings the praises of Dr. Daniels. Even though he has not seen me in a Hospital, he has great bedside manner. Dr. Daniels is an excellent Doctor, and a really good person. Dr Daniels is the surgeon that I came from Louisiana to have my surgery on my knee !!! Total knee replacement!!! A Doc that cares about you!!!!!

Great meeting and talking with Dr. Daniels. Very kind, knowledgeable, and personable. Getting both hips replaced and I couldn’t be happier with my choice of doctor.
