Always thorough and attentive

I am 62 years old, and have had a tough time in my life... Whether I am just sick, or something about my neck and back issues.. In my lifetime I have never, ever had such a superior Doctor. Doc treats me with Respect, Kindness and a Genuine Concern for me. As if any other Doctor will Personally return you're phone calls !!! Lastly I have been seeing him for over 10 years and the Staff is the SAME, telling me he has great rapport and also treat them with Respect.. On a 1-10 John is Definitely a 10. THE BEST in his Business...and I thank God I have Him....

I had to tell my story a few times to the Dr since it seemed he had no idea of who I am during each visit. I was referred to another Dr and was denied an apt due to lack of information. I was then put on a wild goose chase by his staff since they denied ever receiving the denial letter. A month goes by and low and behold they had the letter all along. Meanwhile, I’m experiencing difficult symptoms and not a single person seemed to care. I am highly disappointed.
