Dr. John E Fidler JR.

He was very good to me when I was in extreme pain. He took very good care of me and was kind to me knowing how much pain I was going through at the time. His bedside manner was to the point. He let you know what you had to do to get well and feel good and that's what he was going to do for you. I'm very Thankful for him.

Dr. Fidler had no personality and didn't even introduce hisself to my son. We paid $90.00 for a 10 minute visit.

My mother Beth age 84 had a great experience w Dr Fiddler and his staff!! She had a infected wisdom tooth extracted. Dr Fiddler’s caring & great bedside manner sold her on his abilities and he did a great job explaining what needed to be done. It was painless and he was very reassuring. Thank you!! Highly recommended!!

First... see Lutcavage! Wonderful, wonderful surgeon! Excellent bedside manner and is calm and reassuring! My visit with Fidler was horrific! Let me preface this with I’m a RN who has a family member who works for the practice at another location... After not introducing himself, he must have forgotten I was not under sedation. I was going to have a simple root extraction from a broken tooth under local anathestic. Once called back, he gives me no warning the first 2 injections are coming. Nails what felt like a 15 gauge needle in my gum then walks out. The tears were running down the sides of my face and the poor assistant looked mortified and kept repeating “I’m so sorry” (bless her). Then comes back and again without warning nails me against with lidocaine in the pallet! And while the procedure itself was painless, what he did to the rest of mouth by manipulation and me being awake was incredible. I understand swelling, but I swelled up to under my eye for days and days. Nothing I have ever experienced and the post op pain from just that, not even the actual surgical site was incredibly horrific. I can’t imagaine how he treats those under sedation! They did amazing work! Dr. Fidler did a great job and has turned a miserable experience into a less stressful one. Wonderful work! I was given wonderful care by all staff. The office is very efficient and productive. Thank you again!

Doctor was decent but the overall office is despicable. Outdated on the inside with little to no organization. Awful record keepers and the front desk workers do not know what they are doing. Against my better judgment and my own dentist's referral, I went to see them in hopes to give them a chance! I do not recommend this place! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
