John Flaherty

i was introduced to Dr. Flaherty while i was hospitalized at Northwestern Memorial. he stopped to consult on a daily basis and i found at that point as well as in subsequent office visits his bedside manner was outstanding. he was most agreeable to speaking with family members to allay their concerns and answer their questions as well as mine. he was a main team member while i was in a skilled nursing facility and continues to consult since i have been released.

Dr. Flaherty is very professional competent and caring. He took an extraordinary amount of time to understand the uniqueness of my situation and his regiment and follow up led to success treatment.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Flaherty. He is a very knowledgeable and experienced physician. I was diagnosed with osteomyelitis, and one of the options was an amputation of the infected toe. Dr. Flaherty suggested a conservative approach and prescribed a combination of antibiotics that allowed to treat my disease without surgical intervention. I am very grateful to Dr. Flaherty for saving me from the amputation and for his very kind and attentive encouragement during the treatment.
