Truly awesome Dental expert. The entire staff super nice and extremely helpful.

Been seeing Dr. Kozal for years now. Great guy and amazing dentist. He is very knowledgeable and can numb you up very well to where you do not feel any pain at all. I no longer fear going to the dentist since I met Dr. Kozal.

Great Dentist through and through! In addition to Dr. Kozal, his Experienced and personable staff makes each visit a truly enjoyable visit.

The Dr and his entire staff made me feel so comfortable. I’m really glad I called this office and didn’t chicken out. I would highly recommend if you have a fear of dentists (which lots of people do) call Dr Kozal’s office

I felt so welcomed the second I walked in the door! I got my teeth cleaned by Roxanne and I definitely recommend going to her. I will be going back there without a doubt!!

have been a patient for about 10 years never a problem with scheduling or rescheduling if needed, had root canals bridges never a problem, never any pain. wife is also a pt with extensive work and no complaints

Dr. John and his lovely bride and the rest of the staff are top shelf , We swicted a few yeares ago and have been EXSTREAMLY happy. Dr. John is always willing to work with our insurance as well any other situations that may arise. I have personally reccommened Dr John to Freiends and they have said it was a great exsperience . Dr. Kozal and staff treat us like family! They are so friendly, the front desk girls are great, super nice and are great handling all my billing and insurance needs. It's like visiting friends! Painless, reasonable fee's and just a fun place to be!

Dr Kozal is super friendly and very patient. When I was younger I used to be afraid of things hurting but he always did it pain free. Now I’m never afraid of the dentist anymore and I love coming to see him and everyone that works with him.

before I found Dr Kozal I was afraid of dentist no more have had much work done and no complaints I recommend to all my friends

Hours online are not correct hours. I needed a copy of my xrays to get a tooth removed waited until 9 to call only to find out that they don't open till one. This is not my first issue with this office. I went in 3 or 4 times to get a root canal done on one of my upper left teeth. Extreme pain everytime. The first time he was out of town and it took 2 or 3 days to even get pain medication. He didn't even finish the one tooth before he decided to start my other tooth. Right bottom. He tried numbing it 3 times. Wouldn't numb enough so he made me reschedule. I was due to come in at 3pm on a monday. I get a call from the office around noon the day of my appointment stating I need to pay off my balance (belive it was around 500) before coming in. When I called saying I don't have enough time to come up with the money they basically told me not to come in. This was after he already knew that was the last day I'd be able to come in while on my parents insurance still. The only reason we have not made a payment on the account at that point was because our insurance company told us not to pay anything until the root canal was complete. They still required we make a payment and we're very rude about it. And before this both my parents had full dental work done and I have had multiple cavities filled at this place he never had an issue with get us to pay so it's not like we gave him reason to nothe trust us to pay. Oh and after the second root canal visit on the first tooth I asked if he can just pull the tooth. He told me no because then all my teeth in the back will shift forward. I told him I don't care I just want both teeth gone. He still refused. This is when I should have found a new dentist. Now with no dental insurance I am going to an oral surgeon to get the one tooth removed but I cannot get my xrays because they don't open until 1pm on a tuesday.. again. Though their hours online state they open at one. Terrible people skill. Hours online are not correct hours.
