Overpriced, root canal trigger happy dentistry. Do not go to this place. They wouldn't even email me x-ray pictures when I decided to a new dentist. Guess what three year later still don't need that root canal thx for being liers Leicester Dental Associates.

Doctor Hopek did an amazing job making me comfortable during my oral surgery!

I'm pushing 60 and have never felt comfortable at the dentist. Yesterday, while having two crowns put in was the most relaxing 4 hours I've spent in months. Headphones on, and trusting both the Doc and the tech made for a great experience.

I have been receiving my dental care at this practice for about a year now. I have been very satisfied with every aspect of each of my visits since my first appointment. I highly recommend Innovate Dental to any person that is looking for a new dentist.

I've been a patient for over 10 years and in the interim have been to a few other offices (due to moving) and none come close to the organization, professionalism, and care of this place. I recently went back for an appointment after over a year away, and the dental assistant asked me how teaching is going (I don't even recall telling her I was a teacher!). recent visit was for last of several root canals and can say Dr. Harrington and team are great at what they do. They care about the patient and make sure the procedure is going well through out, and the funny banter between the team while working keeps the mood light. Not happy with their repeated attempts to up-sell me extra x-rays, oral exams, and pretty much anything they can come up with to rip off insurance companies. You figure that out when you don't have dental insurance. And then they simply refuse to see you. I wanted a cleaning, and because I hadn't been there in over a year, they gave me two choices: 1) Start over with an oral exam and new x-rays. 2) Find another dentist So I went with option 2, and found another dentist in Leicester, MA, Dr. Poirier, who's a better dentist (Dr Millette doesn't do much dentisty anymore, just hires other dentists so he can enjoy his boat), whose staff is much friendlier than Dr. Millette's den of hags and harpies, who's less expensive, and who doesn't try to up-sell me a bunch of other services that I don't want and especially don't want to pay for. I have been coming to Leicester Dental, now called innovate dental for over 20 years. My last visit the dentist actually fit too visits into 1 for my benifit. Dental hygienist Teresa provided an in-depth cleaning and periodontal exam. Dr. Harrington answered all of my questions regarding a crown replacement. Both were friendly and professional, I felt at ease during my visit. I am very pleased with the service at Innovate Dental.

Unfriendly, expensive and constantly trying to do more to your mouth than you want. If you go a year without an appointment, you basically have to start over with x-rays and oral exams and whatever else they can charge you for.

Everyone is always so friendly. Minny has been cleaning my teeth since I was little. Dr Perry is amazing!

I am very pleased with Dr Perry and her assistant. Dr Perry makes me feel relaxed and comfortable. I just received a partial Dura Flex appliance that Dr Perry produced herself on the computer. Dr Perry always will do what is best for her patient. Leicester Dental is the place to go.

Theresa, Dr. Faie & Frankie were wonderful! They were so professional, caring & explained everything before doing it. They took the time to answer my questions and concerns. Been going for a long time. I have never had an issue. I enjoy the staff.I aways had Dr millett and now I have Dr Harrington. Today I had a crown done ,it went flawless with the new Doc. So I guess I Will still go to him. Haha. Plus it is nice to deal with all the office ladies especially Donna who takes care of my insurance needs. Thank you. I had my 3 month hygiene appointment with Minny who is always cheerful and reassuring. She was right on time, so the wait was minimal. Minny was very thorough in her exam and even educated me in a new "brush pick" I could use, which I had never heard of before. I didn't need to have an exam at this appointment, but Dr. Ryan Harrington is very gentle and caring as well. As usual, I am always anxious before my appointments, but I always feel better after the treatment is done. I highly recommend Innovate Dental for all your dental needs. I have been going there for years and can't say enough about them. I have been a patient of Dr. Millette and recently became a patient of Dr. Harrington. Both outstanding dentists. Dr. Harrington is a perfectionist, takes the time to get the work done right with the least amount of discomfort. The office staff are always very accommodating. We recently moved 40 minutes away, and I am happy to take the drive to get seen there. Pay them a visit. You won't regret it. I have been going there for years and can't say enough about them.
