My son has been attending Big Tree Pediatrics his entire life and he is now nine and a half years old. Doctor John is the best!

Dr. Mulawka, his P.A’s & his staff have always provided the best care for my granddaughter. I have never had any issues with anybody in the Derby office. I was a complete trainwreck as a child and he was always immensely kind and patient with me. I still see him because he is knowledgeable and helpful. Sincerely, the girl with the spring in her head

He has been my daughter's doctor from birth til the present, 10 yrs. He is busy but has always had time for questions and answers. The negative review was from someone who is not of medical background. A specialist would better be able to diagnose the delay w less broad and expensive tests. My baby was extremely fussy, loud and threw fits til 5-6 yrs. He always kept patient, gentle & professional. She just read this and agreed. Dr. John has no patients for kids why is a kid doctor again? He has no manners poor bed side manor. He wants to send my 19 month old son to a specialist because he is not walking well. With no xrays or other test and when my wife asked him why he said if she didn't take him to the specialist to find other doctor. So I changed the doctor. We travel 45 minutes to get to our pediatrician. The children and I love Dr. John and all of the staff. They are all fantastic, friendly and they care about all of the children!! I'm so happy I found them!!

Dr John is the gold standard for pediatric physicians. Not only is he brilliant at his trade, he’s personable, honest, well-read and he truly loves kids. It’s clear that his priority is what is in the best interest of your children. His facility is nice and his staff is phenomenal - my kids love going for checkups. So grateful to have found such an awesome doctor - I’ve referred friends and will continue to do so. Great doctor, stand-up guy.

We drive half an hour To this practice because we like it that much!

We have been satisfied with the level of care and attention the doctor pays to our children. The office is flexible and accommodating, and definitely wants the best for our children.

This doctor is a disgrace to his profession. He is purely self serving and has no respect for the differing opinions of parents and other healthcare professionals. Be careful if you disagree with him because he has no problem attempting to have your child removed from home if you do.
