Dr. Chaudhry and the entire staff are the best in the business. He has the best demeanor, makes you feel comfortable and really listens to the needs of his patients. I worked with Dr. Ness 10 years ago and I was so happy with the results and to now have another doctor who is beyond amazing is priceless. Thanks Doc and all the peeps who keep you sane :)

After tons of research and visiting surgeons, I found Dr. Ness. I’ve had two babies and nursed both for a total of 3 years, while also losing weight. This did quite the number on my girls (picture a tube sock filled with marbles). Anyways, he had his work cut out for him and he did an absolute amazing job. I've wanted a breast augmentation for a long time, but the thought of surgery and recovery made me super nervous. For my first time ever having surgery, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and surgeon. From the initial consult to my post 3 month consultation, the people, my experience, and surgery was flawless. I’ve said to myself many, many times, why didn’t I do this sooner, but like we all know, things do happen for a reason. In the past 9 years I have had 4 surgeries due to my breast cancer diagnosis ( mastectomy, reconstruction and capsulectomy). The first few were done in my home town and I was having issues. I went to see Dr. Ness. Now I ask myself..... why didn’t I go see him sooner.......He is an unbelievably talented and compassionate physician. He not only took time to listen but gave me a full explanation of what could be done for me. I had surgery in Wayzata at his center. His staff at both the St. Cloud Clinic and in the surgery center delivered customized, high quality care. Dr. Ness and his staff gave me AND my husband the time to ask questions and come up with a plan of care. There were follow up calls about insurance coverage as well as post-op care. I have had experience working with Dr. Ness in the past and knew he was talented. To be on the other side as a patient I realize that he delivers the whole package of exceptional care!!! Dr. Ness is simply the best! The results I got FAR EXCEEDED my expectations. I can’t give him enough gold stars. I am a 56 year old female who has had facial filler and Botox; however, I wanted to do something more to look refreshed and healthy. I did my research and chose to reach out to Dr. John A. Ness for a consultation. At my first visit to ness PLASTIC SURGERY I came in knowing I wanted a face lift to correct my double chin and sagging jowls. I also, wanted a recommendation from Dr. Ness of any other changes I could make to look more youthful. Dr. Ness was able to immediately identify areas for improvement, which I assumed were areas that could not be corrected; such as, a brow lift to correct the look of my droopy lazy left eye, lower eyelid surgery to correct the bags under my eyes, fat removal from my abdomen and use the fat as a filler to correct the loss of volume and create a softer looking face. In addition, Dr. Ness discussed a solution that could be made to a long scar starting at the top of my left ear down to my neck. The scar resulted from a surgery I had many years ago to remove I cyst on my cheek This prior surgery also left me with Frey Syndrome. At this first consultation I found Dr Ness to be very approachable, kind, compassionate, confident, and professional. It was an easy decision for me to move forward and schedule surgery with Dr. Ness. My experience with the surgery and recovery went well. Dr. Ness successfully corrected all the facial areas we discussed in my consultation. The reconstructive surgery, Dr. Ness performed, greatly improved the appearance of the existing scar and Dr. Ness made changes to my face which corrected my Frey's Syndrome. Throughout my consultation, surgery and follow up visits I found the ness PLASTIC SURGERY staff to be warm and helpful. I'm very pleased with my results and continue to see improvements. I still look like me only now my face and neck look refreshed and natural. I recommend Dr. Ness as the surgeon to choose to address reconstructive surgery needs and/or cosmetic surgery needs. This is my second procedure with Dr. Ness and I couldn't say enough positive things! I had breast augmentation 12 years ago after my first child and the procedure went amazing! After another child and years passing I decided to revisit Dr. Ness and the team to consult on another Augmentation. From my consultation to my surgery, I felt completely at ease and confident that this was the right decision to have my second reconstructive breast augmentation! Aftercare/follow-up have been on point, and I can’t say enough about how responsive Michaela (surgical coordinator) has been ever since my initial consult. Had my implants placed in 2012 when Dr. Ness was at the Plymouth location and was never pleased with them. Although he was very nice, he encouraged me to go bigger than I had wanted, didn’t recommend a lift like I should have had, and my left breast is bigger than my right one. Finally having them taken out for good and lifted in July by another surgeon and I cannot wait!

Dr. Ness and Michaela are top notch. They have incredible knowledge, patience and are extremely responsive. Most importantly I am very pleased with my results. I would highly recommend this team
