Dr. Niffenegger actually came after my 3rd Retina specialist. specialist. No one felt concern about my age. He is awesome and really put me at ease. Understanding my concerns. Staff is outstanding. A specialist I go to also sees him.

I have been a patient of Dr. Niffenegger’s for approximately 10 years. He came highly recommended by a retina specialist in Beachwood Ohio. I have been totally pleased with my care by him. Aside from being, what I consider, one of the best, he is also a very kind and gentle person.

Dr Niffenegger has been treating my mother for dry & wet AMD. We are extremely happy with Dr Niff, the result of the treatment and Dr Niff’s gentle touch. Highly recommend Dr Niffenegger!

Everything from start to finish was wonderful. Had to arrange a retina check while away from home for the winter. Staff was friendly, helpful and professional. Dr Niffenegger was detail oriented and reassuring. Definitely a five star office.

They are available 24/7 and should any problem arise they have no problem squeezing you in as soon as possible - even during non-office hours. Dr. Niffenegger or one of his highly qualified staff will return your call quickly should you need to leave a message.

Dr.Niffenegger and his team are the most kind and professional people you can find. Getting shots in your eyes can be scary . You can feel confident that the doctor and his team will do everything possible to make you feel comfortable. They are the best!

These are some of the kindest, helpful, knowledgeable, professional people I have been lucky enough to have care for me and my eyes. I am a diabetic and I have been going for a year now, I am taken care of within 5 minutes of my arrival, EVERY person I have ever dealt with has been awesome and my vision has improved. I would recommend them to anyone, they are just great.

Dr. Niffenegger is an excellent doctor - there really aren't words to describe what he and his staff have meant to me over the years. The care that I have received at his practice is second to none. Quality, professionalism, and compassion. This should be the model for healthcare delivery everywhere.

I give Dr.Niffenegger and his staff 5 stars. Higher if I could. I have ARMD and was referred him by my Eve Doctor. They are kind, respectful, professional. Dr. Niffenegger has been taking care of my elderly mother for almost 10 years. He was referred to us by another ophthalmologist who realized that my mother's eye damage (the result of a detached retina) would need ongoing care. He has helped her eyes stay healthy - and even recover some vision that was lost. Dr. Niffenegger and his entire office team are thoughtful, efficient, and caring. I highly recommend them.

Five years ago my opthamologist, Dr. Weber, referred me to Dr. Niffenegger and that tells me how respected he is in the medical community. Since then I have made monthly visits to get injections for my Age-related Macular Degeneration. Without a doubt this practice rates at the top of the scale in terms of professionalism. Moreover, the entire staff makes me feel that I am in good hands and that they care about me and my eye health. Every procedure is approached with great consideration and concern. Getting an injection in the eye is no picnic but I have long ago lost my anxiety because of the nature of this remarkable staff. In addition, protocols have been heightened during the time of Covid-19 so I have no concerns about my risk at the office in Venice.

Dr. Niffeneggar gives very compassionate experienced care. He saved my brother's sight in one eye with his retina skills for which I am eternally grateful. I go for routine examinations and am very thankful I was able to be recommended by my brother. His staff is always kind and considerate and skilled in completing appointments.

personable, caring, excellent surgeon. Took me in immediately upon learning I had two retinal tears. Laser surgery AN IMMEDIATE success. would see this Dr again if need be.

I found this practice AFTER I had a poor laser treatment, done incorrectly on a detached retina at a very large practice in Venice. Dr. Niffenegger and his staff are fabulous. I was very happy with this practice and will continue with all my retina issues. This is a doctor you can trust.

Exzcellent at explaining issues so the patient can understand. Always interested in what the Sarasot Lions Club is doing in the community for eye sight conservation.
