Dr. John Charles Pickard

Everyone from Dr. Pickard, to all his staff are wonderful, caring and professional. I highly recommend this practice.

Doctor Francis Carlin was very practical and easy going. Debbie in the front desk was very responsive and took care of my questions very quickly even by email. I was very pleased with the service and highly recommend this Office.

He's a great doctor who takes you on time and really listens and doesn't judge you.

Staff is very rude, unprofessional and does not comply with insurance policies. Since reception is the gateway to the office, that will hurt their reputation due to the manner how they speak to people.

I have NEVER encountered a more rude and unprofessional front desk in my 15 plus years of working in healthcare. They refused to see my client and then hung up the phone after not wanting to accept that the patient can pay out of pocket for a office visit! I then called back and she wouldn't answer the phone. I called back the following day and she advised her supervisor was busy and she didn't have to continue to listen to me yell at her. I was able to speak with office manager and voice my concerns and feel heard but still really upset at the way the initial receptionist handled it. He's just plain nice. He's a family man with a huge heart.

Needed a test done and Dr. Picard and his staff responded immediately. Great service and professional understanding.

Dr Pickard is a wonderful physician! He's a down to earth, reasonable Dr who listens and truly wants to help his patients. He's knowledgeable, easy to talk to and just gets it! Highly recommend!!!

Dr and his office staff are awesome! Dr takes his time to listen to you and make suggestions to better your health not just throw a pill at you and tell you to come back next month. Its a nice friendly atmosphere and no long waiting. Highly reccomend .
