My daughter recommended this Dentist Office and it did not disappoint! Super friendly and knowledgeable staff! Dr. Polzin was excellent too! They made sure I was completely comfortable in the procedure that I had done! I will be back and I highly recommend this Dentist and Dental office!

I love my treatment here. Always friendly and compassionate and gentle. I used to be afraid of dentists till I started coming here. Now, I'm not even afraid to get a tooth pulled!

Friendly staff and inviting environment. As a forgetful person I also appreciate the calls/texts for appointment reminders. Dr. Polzin does a great job, always friendly and humorous to boot. Plus Dr. Polzin has always been on-site. Seems like a small thing but some of the other guys (no names needed) seem to be run by only Dental Hygienist. Its not a knock against Hygienist but a dentist office should at least have a dentist. Keep up the great work and see you in 6 months. Friendly staff and inviting environment. The best experience I have ever had in a dentist office! Paperwork was mailed ahead of time. No long wait. Thorough, sweet and knowledgeable hygienist. Dr. Polzin was personable and great to chat with. Highly highly recommend!

As usual, everyone was friendly, efficient and very promp.

I am going to have to find another dentist! Missy the receptionist is combative and doesn't do her job well. She never calls you back upon request. Doesn't listen to you when you tell her the insurance company didn't receive your pretreatment estimate. I had to call the insurance company to find out information. Horrible!

Dr Polson is a great dentist, if you have an emergency he will go out of his way to get you in.

I went for a cleaning and after, Dr. Polzin did an oral exam. There was minimal wait time. I feel that my teeth and health is very well cared for!

I adore Dr. Polzin and his entire staff. I would highly recommend Dr.Polzin for any of your dental needs. Love you Dr. Polzin! Have a safe trip.

Front office, bathroom and exam rooms are always clean. Staff is friendly, lots of smiles and help patients to feel relaxed and comfortable. Small town dentist office with big city knowledge. Highly recommended

My son had to get A broken tooth removed and they did amazing with him.They took their time explained everything To me and to him. They make sure that I knew how to take care of it when I left and make a follow up appointment if needed. I love this office! Dr. John and all his staff are wonderful. He is an exceptional dentist. I have never had a problem with anything of his work and I have had many things done. Root canals, crowns, fillings and bridges. And the best thing is they have made every experience pain free. I cannot say enough good things about this practice.

Have never had to wait long. Staff is professional and personable. I drive from Sturgis, but it is worth the drive.

I had a wisdom tooth removed and the Dental assistant and Dentist made it a relaxing procedure.They did a great job and were very professional!

I LOVE this office !! The staff was wonderful all the way down to the financing thru Care Credit. I needed to invest and going to a small dentist that cared was just what I needed. Dr John was attentive along with Sarah. And Missy worked out all the financials to do was needed to be done. Thank you JJ

Do not recommend this dentist! Had a lot of expensive work done on my teeth. Needed an appointment. When I called, I was denied an appointment because my account was not paid in full. Had been a patient for more than 30 years.

The staff is very friendly and make you feel at ease. Sarah, the dental assistant, took time out of her day to meet us at the office after hours to get an impression that was needed to get a partial plate redone. I would recommend this practice to all my friends and family.
