I called to try and make an appointment a number of times for an eye exam in May, 2019. The phone was either busy, got a fax dial tone, or a pre-recorded message that if this was an emergency, call 911, etc, etc, etc. I finally got through to a real live person. Lo, and behold. I was told, as a new patient, it would be 3 months. That seems to be the same scenario with all medical, so called, professionals in Eastman. Made the appointment for August 12th. I have been trying to contact them to either change my appointment, or cancel it due to we will be moving into our new home. I have gotten the very same scenario. No answer but a fax dial tone, or a pre-recorded message stating it if's an emergency, yada, yada, yada. Needless to say, I will not be waiting another 3 months for an appointment because I will be going to another eyecare professional. I would advise everyone ele to do the same.
