I've been with Dr. Russell for 27 years. He is amazing which is an understatement! He is so personable, and remembers details over the years of all my stories! I've been living in Lexington, SC for 15 years however, I will always go back home to visit my favorite doctor for all my annual physicals, needs, etc.

If you're looking for a caring, attentive, reliable, honest, and loving doctor to take care of you during your pregnacy or any female needs, than Dr. Russell is the one. He took care of me during my three pregnancies and delivered my youngest son. Two of my sisters has also been bless to have him as their doctor. Every visit was so comforting and reassuring. He's the best in my book. I highly recommend him. Love him! He's delivered my 2 children & has done a d&c for me. Very sweet, professional & knows what he is doing! Highly recommend him to anyone needing a baby dr or just an ob!
