Excellent care at the dentist office and always fun conversations…highly recommend their services.

I’ve been a patient at Atlantic Dental for over 15 years now. I would highly recommend Dr. Spero to anybody in York County. He’s very friendly & a true professional. Charon is also an outstanding hygienist. You can tell they both sincerely care about their patients. I’d rate Atlantic Dental 10/10 !

As always.. Dr. Spero took me in right away in the middle of apocalyptic snow and helped me deal with a very uncomfortable broken tooth. Dr. Spero has always been gentle, kind and understanding. Favorite dentist of all time!

People extremely friendly, understanding and patient. COVID conscience making me feel safe when unmasked. Nice job!! Elsie is very professional and has an air of confidence about her. Elsie's upbeat persona is infectious and one can't help but leaving with a can do, happy positive attitude after meeting Elsie.

Dr Spero and this dental practice has been recommended to me by 2 close friends. Chipped my front tooth and decided to try them out. So very glad I did! Exceptional professionalism. Dr Spero will be my dentist for life.

Charon is great! Over the past 18 months she has proven herself to be the best Dental Hygienist I've ever had! Dr. Spero is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I highly recommend this dental team!

First visit and Dylan was awesome! He was so patient with me while I suffered through xrays! Just finished a filling with Dr. Spero and also a great experience. I was a little nervous switching dentists after moving from MA and loving my dentist as much as you can love a dentist :) I'm happy to say that I'm no longer worried!

Dental hygienist Dylan was wonderful and made a cleaning experience pleasurable. The dentist was such a nice person. The admin staff was thorough and easy to talk with.

I completed my exam and cleaning today. Eliza is so thorough it took two visits. When I arrived she was right on time. I know she is smiling behind the mask you can tell . She can function With you staying mostly upright with out the hammock position. This is great when you are old and have other issues. Very talented with her tools of the trade . While vacationing in Maine, and chewing on a delicious salt water taffy, a crown became dislodged. Dr. Spero quickly re-cemented my crown and I was on my way to continue our vacation. The staff is courteous, friendly, efficient, and competent. All around great experience.

I recently had my first dental emergency as the result of a fall, quite a distance from the office. Because I am an established patient, I was able to reach Dr. Spero immediately by phone, and he talked me through realigning my tooth until I could see him the next morning. I had to get 2 fillings on 2 front teeth as I had chipped my teeth eating some pop corn a while back. Dr. Spero and his staff did a great job working on my teeth. We thought Atlantic Dental was good before but since Covid we have been really impressed! Our youngest can get really nervous about new places and things and the concept of having to go in to the office without me for a cleaning and an x-ray was certainly anxiety provoking! I recently had a tooth extracted. It went very smoothly. During my visits I had the opportunity to observe how you follow Covid -19 safety guidelines. It was much appreciated. Yesterday I had a regularly scheduled cleaning. It was performed by Dylan in a very professional courteous manner. I noted your new, additional Covid -19 safety measures and am impressed. However I suggest you give your patients a "heads-up" about the new "fresh air" policy and recommend they bring a sweater. Stay safe and enjoy the holidays.

I have a lot of dental anxiety from years worth of prior bad experiences. This office and all the staff that I've met including Dr. Spero have helped to start undoing all those prior poor experiences and pain. I would highly recommend this office and team to anyone. They're friendly and warm but not overly so. No one tries to have a conversation with you while they're in your mouth, and everyone is straightforward and encouraging about keeping up dental habits. Have been very pleased with Dr Spiro and the entire staff. Unlike an other Dentist I have used Dr Spiro does not push you to have work done that could be delayed until absolutely necessary. Would certainly recommend this office for new patients.
