I had issues with calling in for information, not specifically with Dr. Vance. They never call back if you leave a message, so it's pointless to do that. But the primary reason I'm giving Dr. Vance a bad rating is due to him recommending Phoebe Imaging for a lung scan. They have tried to steal $2400 in hsa money from us that they overcharged and when we finally got the money back, they continue to claim we owe them. I opened a BBB case against them and they claim we don't own them but now I get a letter claiming I missed an appointment so I expect they will try to charge me. It is Dr. Vance's responsibility to recommend honest businesses. Phoebe Imaging is not honest. I suggest to Dr. Vance that he recommend some other business than Phoebe Imaging.
