I waited a long time to post this review as it brings up a lot of emotional trauma for me. I went into the ER and received a misdiagnosis and was sent home. I went back again and received a misdiagnosis. The third day I felt I was dying and not being heard, but again I was sent home. Finally, I had my husband (b/c unfortunately as a woman I felt I wasn't taken seriously) do a video call with me to a Dr who I felt was actually trying to help me and explained to him that I feel like I will not make it through the night and I need them (Dr's in ER) to listen to me. I knew I would die...This Dr called into the hospital and the fourth time I went to the ER they began doing further tests ultrasound, CT scan, etc...This should have been done the first day! I ended up having emergency surgery and was in the hospital for 5 days. However, once home the hospital called me and said my blood had been infected from the surgery. I had to check back in for another 4 days. There is so much more to the

He doesn’t deserve to be called a doctor. A doctor is someone who is willing to give up his/her life for their patients. This guy refused to examine my swollen eye at emergency room bcuz i have medical n not a premium insurance. I said do i need to lose an eye before you guys take me serious and he said ye probably. Who does that? I just walked out of the er once he said that but im sorry for san ramon hospital for having such a stupid doctor working for them. Karma will be a bad b... to you doctor. Watch and observe.
