Dr. Johnson Diaz Dellosa

Was told I could not come in to see Dr. Dellosa since the nurse practitioner moved. They said I am his patient though he is not a doctor and I would have to go to Crowley and see him.

Dr. needs to remove himself from UHC website as accepting new patients. He is not accepting patients even though he specifically say he is!!

I took my son in to get a SPORTS PHYSICAL in June 2021. They sent me a bill for $407.00!!!! I called them, they AGREED it was a mistake and coded wrong and they would resubmit to my insurance with the correct code. Two months later and I'm still getting letters and texts that I owe them $407.00. I call them again, now they say the bill was correct and want me to pay. The lady I spoke to, Stephanie, was extremely rude. Come to find out I would pay $136.00 (still too much for a sports physical) had I not had insurance but she's telling me they have to bill through insurance since I do. I'm asking how they can charge two different patients different amounts for the same thing and she's saying ma'am, I've already explained this to you, though, she repeatedly said I don't know, I don't do billing. Absolutely insane, it is her job right? Needless to say my family will not be back and I'd like others to have some warning to MAKE SURE YOU HAVE IN WRITING WHAT THEY ARE GOING TO CHARGE YOU UP FRONT BECAUSE THEY ARE CROOKES!!! I called them, they AGREED it was a mistake and coded wrong and they would resubmit to my insurance with the correct code. Great place and the people are not that bad... I joke they are the best of the best.

Very disappointed .. this WAS such a great office.

The doctor is awesome but I was recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes by this office and found out from the Hugely Medical Center when they called to schedule diabetes education classes. I had to call myself to get my results from the actual office, and when i did it was very impersonal and cold. The lady from Hugely medical was embarrassed and told me she was sorry and they should have spoke with me first. Then after all of this they told me they were unable to email paper work I needed to return to work and made me come all the way back to the office to pick it up. This would have been 5 stars if not for the Callous staff. Front office is the worst!! I have worked in the medical field myself and have never treated patients the way I have been treated. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else. This front office needs a lesson in bedside manner no matter the situation.

Super nice, respectful and caring.

I seen James dechavez here and he was so great! Looked and listened to my every need! I wish I would have found him sooner! Also the whole staff there is so nice and attentive!

Been seeing Dr. Dellosa for a couple of years now and i find him to be friendly,personable and knowledgeable. i would definitely recommend him to my friends!

Started out good but then they failed to diagnose a problem. Later calls were not returned and failed to give refills on life saving medication. The worst was billing for services I didn't receive. Staff extremely rude.

Dr. Dellosa and his staff are always kind and pleasant. I have had nothing but a great experience with them. Dr. Dellosa also took care of my parents and caught a very serious issue with my mother that I know allowed us to have her with us for years longer than we would have. One of the last doctors in the world left who actually takes the time to listen to you and spends time with you in making a plan of action that works for both you the patient and him the doctor. He explains everything in detail and asks if you understand. He is an incredable person and an excellent doctor.
