Dr Blau did both of my knees and I sm very satisfied he is a very nice Dr and does great work

Dr. Blau lost a patient today and I never even met him. I was referred to him via by GP and called to make an appointment. The person I spoke to sounded as if I woke her from a nap. She asked me for insurance info and I repeated same to her, I wanted to say something else but she put me on hold. I listened to the recording about 5 times and finally hung up as I could not listen to the recording telling me that the "friendly people" would be right back. This young woman had no personal skills, in my opinion and should know that a potential patients first contact with any office should be a positive one. She never called me back.
