I had a colonoscopy performed by Dr. Kroser, developing a fever the evening of the day of the procedure. I tried twice to see if his team thought it was a post-procedure complication. They did not want to see me, assuming it was the result of flu or COVID (tested negative for both). Twelve days after the procedure I ended up in the hospital for 13 days with double pneumonia. I'm not saying the pneumonia was a consequence of the colonoscopy procedure, though possible, but his team made no effort to follow up with me during my time of persistent fever and need.

Dr. Kroser and his team are outstanding! I always receive great customer service and care. Dr. Kroser is very thorough and has always explained my diagnosis and treatment. Also takes his time with his kind bedside manner. All around a great experience. My family and I will not go anywhere else.

Dr. Kroser is a wonderful surgeon. He’s got a warm bedside manner and very attentive. My surgery went very well and healed beautifully. Thankful for his skills and grace during such a challenging time. A+ Experience! ❤️

It was amazing!

Had an appointment at 11:30 at Northcrest for a colonoscopy and hemorrhoid surgery. When I got to the hospital, they had no record of scheduled appointment. An hour and a half later (after contacting the doctor’s office) it was worked out. Didn’t go in for the procedure/surgery until 2:00 (2 1/2 hours after appointment). Not saying it was the doctor but his staff dropped the ball somewhere.

Dr KROSER,JONATHAN "team"???? Has terrible bedside Manners, and even worse scheduling. My appointment was scheduled 2 weeks out, THE NIGHT BEFORE I get a voicemail moving my time from 12 noon to 715 am. I was laying in a cold hospital room uncomfortable until 1030 for my 715 appointment. The staff said he had a Dr. MEETING WASTING MY TIME until 1020???? Thanks for bad experience. Maybe next time if you cant handle schedules you shouldn't be a medical team. Lastly my follow up appointment was given to me with no input from me on my schedule and immediately told I need to call and change it, after waking up from surgery, This is not how health care works. Find another Dr do no use DR. Kroser AT SURGICAL ALLIANCE if you expect to be treated as a as you are a paying customer. My appt was at 715 30 minute procedure leaving at 1130. No excuse If I had known I would use someone else in a heartbeat. Figure out how to run a office, schedule and bedside manner I still would not return. Probably just another case of chasing a dollar.
