Jonathan Randall Moss

I have seen a LOT of doctors, specifically ENT doctors and Dr. Moss is by far the best. He took time to explain what was going on and options to fix it. He has a great bedside manner and was extremely knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Dr. Moss!!!

I saw Dr Moss in December of 2019 for a deviated septum. After a brief exam and him peeking up my nose with a very expensive camera, the surgical procedure was schedule for later in December. The results of my procedure: chronic nosebleed for the next two years and the septum still blocked the right side of my nose. Due to COVID, it took until this year to get back in to see Dr Moss. My first question for him was: do you have a warranty program? He laughed. I didn’t. When I explained to him that I still couldn’t breathe through my right nostril and I was getting chronic nose bleeds on the left side, he examined me again. His findings: a blood vessel was exposed on the left side and I had a little bit of blockage on the right side. A little bit of blockage? (The doctor who correctly fixed my septum recorded it as 90% blocked) Dr Moss use a chemical to cauterize the blood vessel he exposed in the original surgery. He then explained I would need a different type of surgical procedure to fix my septum and referred me to another doctor in his practice. The “expert” surgeon spent about 1 minute of the 8 minutes he was in the room examining me and he was ready to schedule a surgical procedure. I opted to go to CornerStone ENT to get a second opinion. Glad I did. WAY better customer service. Doctors who spend time going over options. Doctors who perform CT scans to actually look at all the variables that affect breathing issues. I would recommend CornerStone over CEENTA every day of the week. If you want great personal care and competent work go to cornerstone. I can not say enough good things about Dr. Moss. My baby girl is a year old and saw him for tubes. In the office she kept taking her shoe off and throwing it on the ground and he picked it up Everytime and put it back on her foot.he was great with her. Seems silly but that right there told me he cared. He was so genuine, kind and knowledgeable. I felt completely comfortable with him doing her procedure. She had her surgery last Friday and again, he was just great! So personable and put this mommas heart at ease and even joked around with with me. I really wish he was a PCP so we could see him all the time for our wellness visits! Anytime we need something of his scope of practice, we will see him. I will recommend him to everyone. He’s warm and yet forthright about your issue and solutions. He’s funny, and hot to look at. What’s not to like? Recommend him in a heartbeat.

I had a long standing chronic cough of over 25 years. Dr Moss and his team have I under control. He is a very pleasant doctor.

Very detailed and engaging style, high confidence in the assessment and treatment recommendations he makes. I drive 30 minutes in the wrong direction to seek his treatment. Excellent doctor.

Dr. Miss is the most caring doctor. He really takes his time with his patients. He has a calm, smoothing way about him. He gets to know his patients and I just wish he was an internist because then I could see him on a regular basis. It was seen promptly upon my arrival. After a very cheerful nurse went over my records, Dr. Moss came into the exam room. We went over symptoms and potential ailments, upon which time Dr. Moss suggested a simple in-office test. He explained what he was seeing and upon completion recommended a course of treatment.

What a great visit! Dr Moss is personable, very knowledgeable, and a good listener. Offered several treatment options based on my symptoms. They have a very helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommend!

Dr Moss is a caring and compassionate doctor. He takes time to listen to his patients. I had constant sinus issues since January. Had surgery with Dr Moss and he continued to come up with a plan after surgery that worked. I would highly recommend him to care for you.

Both of my children required ear tubes at 2-3 years old. I have known Dr. Moss for many years. He's provided gentle and patient care to both of my children as well as myself. He's knowledgeable in his field. When I was diagnosed with potential thyroid cancer and the wait for a general surgeon was months, he was able to see me within 1 day. He skillfully removed the necessary part of the thyroid and my scar is 95% invisible! Great bedside manner, thorough in his explanations diagnosis and treatment. If I could give zero stars, I would. My daughter left his office and called me in tears. She went in for an ear infection diagnosed at an urgent care and still experiencing symptoms. He insulted her by saying either she wasn’t an adult or she was doing something illegal. He is unfit to be in the medical profession. She left the office without a definitive answer as to what was wrong or a plan of care. She only was left with a steroid, a bill, and an insult to her character. I called to speak with him. I have not received a call back.

This was my first time at CEENTA and Dr. Moss made me feel very comfortable and at ease. He listened as I explained what was going on and did not discount anything that I thought was important, did a thorough examination of my head and neck that gave me peace and when suggested about procedures, I was not pressured into doing anything that I was either uncomfortable with or could not afford. My only comment would be about the uncertainty about what had been causing my tension headaches and why they have lasted so long, but I suppose that is more on the nature of the headache than it is the doctor. I will definitely be returning in the future if I have any further concerns about my sinuses, allergies or Head.
