Tested positive. Dr. Parker came out in the rain to examine me so I would not expose people in his clinic.

Dr. Parker is a real partner in your health. He's terrific, a good listener and an excellent doctor.

I find Dr. Parker and his staff friendly and efficient. I never have to wait long once checked in. Dr. Parker is quick but clear with his explanations of why he recommends treatments.

He is chasing money for money. He is obsessed with his rules. He is not building a patient relationship. He has no empathy. He is rude and he is sometimes making a fun of you. Be careful. I do not refer him to anyone.

He is not helpful. He does not listen his patients. He is very rude. I am exremely unhappy very his service. He is very expensive. I would not recommend his to anyone. If you need a quality service, please try other MDs, you can also try Mercy hospitals instead of this one.

he wasn't helpful. If he doesn't agree with your situation, he can easily ignore you. He leaves you alone with your problem. Absulatly unprofessional place and unprofessional relationship with the patient. By the way, if they know you have insurance they will charge more from you for no service.

When I did not have ailments and only went for checkups, I was happy. But when I had a problem and I tried to ask more than one question, twice I was told I had to make another appointment to get the second answer. I, too, am busy and hardly go to the doctor as I am usually healthy. It was very frustrating being told to make another appointment to get the second question answered. I am searching for a new doctor. His office was very conveniently located for me. And the staff were always helpful.

Multiple calls to office without a return call from nurse. Multiple visits before providing any real relief in the past. Negative experience all around. Finally just found another doctor.

I highly recommend Dr Jonathan Parker! He and his staff are very professional and courteous. The office is very clean and modern.

Dr. Parker has been my PCP for six years. He has always listened to me and taken the time to explain my condition. I would recommend Dr. Parker to anyone who needed a family care physician.

No sympathy.

Been going to Parker since his doors opened. He s staff now are rude, incompetent, and think they run the place. I had my diabetes prescription canceled, sent to wrong pharmacies, etc. went without for 10 days due to their screw ups. They also canceled other prescriptions without telling me and left me scrambling. I’ve had 15 surgeries and thisLeft messages for Parker to call me. His front nurse says he only will call back his friends. Said if wanted to talk to him I had to make an appointment.

Rude, hateful and not compassionate. Would not refer to anyone.

This practice is here to charge your insurance. The office staff is curt and short and not helpful for people who need medical assistance. If you want to spend lots of money with very little professionalism when dealing with individuals who are sick...this is your practice. Excellent, would recommend to anyone needing family care!

I have been seeing Dr. Parker since he was at AHEC, over 13 years. He was my prenatal & delivery doctor. His staff is great as well!

If you want your insurance billed and your medical needs ignored-this is the place. If you are looking for reason, compassionate office staff and doctors, go somewhere else. These people want your money and don't care about your personal situation. Sad!

Our family has gone to Dr Parker for 10 years, great Dr is not a Pill or specialist will solve the problem kinda Dr he genuinely cares, office is nice, kinda rushed but that is more our health care system then the Dr or the staff. Would highly recommend.

If you want a "doctor" who let's personal beliefs and opinions stand in the way of you getting the best treatment possible then he is your guy. On numerous occasions I was put in a position to waste hundreds of dollars seeing numerous new specialists to show him by example what I told to him from the very first appointment. The fact a licensed physician can ignore years of medical records supporting my condition then claiming that only the last 6 months are what really matters is absurd.

It used to be a great atmosphere and office. Now it seems rushed, the nurse is awful and rude, and they don't seem to care at all. More than likely will be changing doctors.

After almost 7 years of my children being a patient of Dr. Parker's, I called to make their well checkups only to be told that he was no longer my daughter's doctor. I asked for reasons why & was told they would check into & call me back. 3 weeks went by with no return call so I called today & after being on hold was informed that yes he would continue to see my son but not my daughter because apparantly a year ago we missed an appointment. However, that is not true. Very unprofessional & rude
