I've been a patient here for 10 years and have the utmost confidence in them.

Had an appointment scheduled under an urgent situation where I was in extreme pain. It was great to be able to get an appointment within the same day so kudos to the scheduling department. My appointment was with Dr. Weiss on 2/22 @ 4:30pm. Dr. Weiss informed me we that I have Shingles in a very abrupt manner & only really cared to provide the facts with zero compassion. I felt berated and disrespected. It would have been better had if he showed some compassion and understanding but I left the office in tears and feeling defeated. I have been a patient of Gwinnett Dermotology for at least 10 years. I have always had very good, compassionate care from every Dr. on your staff. I will never see Dr. Weiss again and I will never refer anyone to see him. I will continue my relationship with your office and see all of the other awesome Doctors at Gwinnett Dermotology. Dr. Weiss has treated my family for many illnesses over the years and he always does it with a kind heart. He is an excellent dermatologist.

I have always had an excellent experience with Dr Weiss and he has helped me immensely.

Dr Weiss is one of the most caring Dr.’s that I have ever been associated - 4 generations in my family have all claimed him as their friend and Dr. - knew him when he first started and know him now - he has never changed - still cares greatly about his patients! - He saved my husbands life!! Have you ever been to a doctor perhaps when you were a kid and that doctor made you feel that everything is going to be alright? That is doctor Weiss. very kind and very knowledgeable. It also helps when the staff is kind an professional and they are. Five star service.

I was taken back to an exam room after waiting over an hour in the waiting room. For my 11am appointment, I was taken back at noon. A nurse asked me 4 questions and I was told the doctor would not be seeing me and I had to schedule a follow up appointment. While in the waiting room, the receptionist told several other upset patients that Dr. Saddler was running behind. As a result, I believe Dr. Saddler blew off my appointment to catch up on his schedule. I was in for a recurrence of a previous issue. The first time around, my issue was resolved on the initial visit. I left your Snellville office FURIOUS that my time had been wasted and I am subject to another trip to your office for something that could have been taken care of on the first trip. If I had failed to honor my appointment, your practice would have charged me for the visit. Why am I not being compensated for Dr. Saddler failing to honor the appointment? If I could give them a Negative 5, I would! My sister who is disabled requires special transportation to get to her doctor's appt. I made the appt weeks in advance, we arrived early the day of the appt. The nurse calls my sisters name as if she is about to see the doctor. The nurse says, I m sorry we do not take your sister's insurance.........I politely ask why did you not call weeks ago to say that? The nurse says we did not have the correct information, duh why didn't you call in advance to verify/ask for whatever information you were in need of? ...... You had my phone number ......why would you have a disabled person come this far and you not see them? Why would you not be proactive and call to cancel in advance? It's very obvious that there are just too many people sitting around and not doing their jobs! There is more than 8 adm front desk staffers and not one of them thought enough to call the patient in advance to say there is a problem...... I am my family have been seeing Dr. Weiss for over 15 years. I have multiple skin issues, and he has always taken great care of me. He listens carefully and explains exactly what he hopes to achieve and how he intends to do so. I am completely confident in his experience and knowledge. He is very friendly but when needed can be very serious to make sure I understand what he is saying. I wish all doctors could be like him, the perfect combination of compassionate, friendly, experienced, and effective. I owe him a great debt of gratitude for all he has done for me and my family, and for all he continues to do.

I have been seeing Dr. Weiss for almost 20 years in two locations. A wonderful man and an excellent dermatologist. Friendly office. I’m a doctor myself so I know of what I speak.

The worst experience I have ever had!!! Went I to have a cyst lanced and instead Dr. saddler felt that poking a pin hole in the cyst and draining it was more than enough to do the job..... My Cyst came back within 1 day!! That was the most unprofessional decision I have ever seen a doctor make and then he went back and fourth with me almost argueing with me that he made the right choice. I had a cyst on my other leg which I had lanced the proper way in 2011 not by this dermatology place and I have not had a problem with it since. Pretty Shady job by Gwinnett dermatology!!! Excellent doctor and listens to your concerns. I have been going to him for over 20 years. Would not consider anyone else.

Extremely happy with Dr Weiss. He listens to your concerns and provides clearly his assessment. So happy to have found him. He was recommended to me by my previous doctor who retired.

What I valued most during our appointment was that he provided different options to what would've been an expensive treatment. So glad I was able to see him.

Good Luck trying to schedule an Appointment. After an hour of trying to reach anyone, I left my Dr. Office that referred me to Dr. Weiss, and went home.

My Dermatologist for years and years :). What an amazing guy, great personality, great knowledge, very very friendly and sweet, treats me like a family. Doesn't believe in just taking your money for no reason :)

I was fortunate to have found Dr. Weiss in Atlanta Magazine Top Doctors issue. After negative experiences at two other dermatology practices, becoming a patient of Dr. Weiss has been a totally positive experience. He is the perfect combination of experience, empathy, friendliness and never before have I had any doctor who really listens and is extremely patient while listening to and answering my questions. In addition to Dr. Weiss's attributes, his staff is also top notch. Highly recommend!

2 years ago, after the highest praise from close friends and family, we decided to take our 6YO daughter to Dr. Weiss rather than a pediatric specialist, and I am glad we did. Each time we've seen him, he's done a thorough exam while making her (and me) feel comfortable and putting fears to rest. He has now correctly and quickly diagnosed each of the problems we have presented and we couldn't be happier. The entire staff is kind, quick, and competent (a rarity!). We are so lucky to have him!

Dr. Weiss was extremely thorough when diagnosing my skin disorder. He listened to all of my concerns and addressed them accordingly. I was pleased to see that his staff was both friendly and efficient. I was in and out of the office in under an hour from start to finish. I look forward to my next follow-up visit with Dr. Weiss.

Dr Weiss was wonderful!...I had a couple of things that needed to be checked out and I was very nervous about it but he put me at ease. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Weiss is very professional and his staff really helped my with my acne. He took the time to explain everything to me and I felt like he really cared, not just someone running to the next patient. I have been coming here for 5 years and I recommend him to everyone I know.

He is very caring and extremely thorough in every exam. I have to thank him for catching my cancer so early. It started out as a little scab and he recognized it immediately and quickly treated it Mohs surgery. He has been treating myself and my family for years.. Thank you for your super service Dr. Weiss.Oh and he even called me after the operation to check on me. Awesome Doctor.
