Best doctor I ever had I miss him so much.

Extremely unprofessional! Raised his voice and hung up on me while I was asking him a question. After paying my co-pay AND returning the "check up" call, he assured me that he couldn't talk to me because he had more important patients to see.

Your the best. I wish I knew what to do now? Something is very wrong with Bluefield regional. I hope no one dies over this. If you can, give me a call. Sidney W.

Dr Yates is a very good caring Dr he not in it for the money .he cares about is people .

He is a very intelligent doctor. He has good manners listens to your problems and does good to figure out what is the best treatment for you. I would recommend him to anybody.

Fantastic staff...friendly atmosphere....everyone including receptionist takes time out to listen....everyonce in awhile you may wait in waiting room but like I said its only because they make sure they listen to each and every one of there patience

Excellent service, wondergul staff, excellent bedside manner, offered to pray for my husband while seriously ill that means alot

very understanding doctor and staff, accidentally took this earlier and gave a one, smartphone user not so smart, but this staff is wonderful, took me in when i called the same day, wonderful bedside manner, wonderful staff, Michelle, Carla, the whole bunch is just wonderful people ........would give a 10 if we could
