The best doctor I've ever been to! Update: Very COVID conscious

Dr. Amador is a breathe of fresh air when it comes to doctors. He is a fantastic doctor who is kind, and understanding. Dr. Amador is very knowledgeable, he is a Genuinely Good doctor who takes the time to understand each patient as if they where the only patient. First of all, this is a Spanish language first office. For every employee and most patients, English is not their first language. That is not necessarily bad, just be aware. The real problem is how long you will wait. They will charge you $50 if you miss your appointment, because their time is valuable. However, they do not value your time. An hour and ten minutes past my appointment time (over an hour and a half after I arrived), I still had not seen the Doctor. I had other engagements, and ultimately I had to leave. The only doctor I will go to!

His staff and him are very nice. He treats with respect.

I was able to see him the same day I needed my appointment. I had the an inner ear infection and could not hear and it hurt so bad. He gave me shot and prescription and I am better.

Dr Amador is familiar with everything from a bacterial infection to depression. There has never been another doctor I've trusted as much as him. I'm so grateful my insurance accepts Dr Amador!

Doctor wants his money big time, his nurses and staff seem very nice at first. But dont be fooled; If you cant afford multiple visits and copays, you arent worth their time... I got a letter of service termination because i needed 2 prescriptions that could not be prescribed it the same visit but was told that if I called later that I could get it. I need anti-anxiety medication but I'm also a chronic pain sufferers so I couldn't have my pain medicine and my anti-anxiety medicine at the same time. When I called back they demanded that I come in for a visit and pay for a full price because I no longer have insurance. They wanted that money they did not care whether or not I was dealing with my mother's death and fibromyalgia at the same time. I went here for 2 years and never got diagnosed with my lead poisoning. Only wanted to give drugs and shots. Texted to Remind me i havent been in a while... After dismissal and rudeness.... Here's your sign. The receptionist is flat out rude! Tried to schedule an appointment and she scoffed at me like it was the most ridiculous thing she had ever heard.

I had an appointment for lab follow up at 4:00pm and waiting an hour and a half. I had to leave at 5:30pm without seeing the Dr. because I had to go pick up my son. The nurse (who doesn't know how to smile) told me he would review my labs and call in my medication. It has been 4 days and no call. I just called and the front desk is insisting that I have to make an appointment. I told her I cannot take anymore time off for Dr's appointments because I already took time off for labs and then again for the follow up last week. RIDICULOUS!!!! I know he takes his time with each patient, but he needs to schedule his appoinments accordingly. He should not overbook. If I showed up an 1 1/2 hours late, I would have to reschedule and possibly pay a fee for no show or cancellation. Everytime I go to this Dr, I have to wait atleast 2 hours. Dr. Amador is a wonderful physician. He is very attentive and detail oriented. Most PCPs today do medicine by the numbers. My physical was very thorough. Also, when I returned for a condition, he took his time to check me, showed me an animated video to educate me on the anatomy of my ear so I could understand what I was experiencing. I haven’t received this sort of medical attention from a PCP in 20 years. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a doctor who will be their partner in their health and not just rushing them through. Dr. Amador is a wonderful physician. Great Doctor, very knowledgeable. I visit his office usually about 5 times a year and is not usually a schedule appointment, they try to accommodate me for the same day if i am feeling under the weather.

This doctor is extremely perverted. His wife works at the front desk and is aware of how he hits on young women because I have told her myself. In the exam room, he asked to take me to Atlanta or anywhere else out of the town for the weekend where people would not recognize us because he wanted to show me the world and spend time with me. He also told me to stand up so he could get a better "look" at my body and kept talking about how "beautiful" I am. He made me feel so uncomfortable, I would not recommend him to anyone. He always takes his time with me and listens to my concerns. His exam is more thorough than my previous doctors. Much better experience than my last PCP.

I love Dr. Amador and his staff! Everyone is so friendly and they treat you with great care. I know the wait time is a little long but I tell you the Dr. spends quailty time with each of his patients and truly cares about them. My husband and myself both use this doctor and I must say I have never been treated with this much care and concern about my health. Dr. Amador is great and takes time to explain things, excellent demeanor, etc. His small front office staff is incompetent and my family will not be returning. Frequently have billing issues where wrong billing codes are selected (always seem to financially benefit the practice). This last time was given bad information on the cost of a procedure we would have waited until the new year to pursue for deductible reasons. On top of that she canceled one of our appts without notice and lied about it

He is an old fashioned doctor...spends time with patients and listens to their concerns. Very knowledgeable and compassionate. I highly recommend him.

Was assigned this provider by Tricare. I have been seen twice in the past 5 months and both times I waited forever to be seen. The first visit was to establish care and total wait time was 45 minutes. The Dr. was spacey. The second visit was for a referral. I figured the wait time would not be long since I had completed all paperwork last time. Nope. Waited 30 min before saying something and was told he was behind. Fine. I did not get called back until and hour and 15 min past my appointment time. All the nurses were giggling and not doing anything but sitting behind a desk eating. When I was brought to a room it still had medical supplies out on the table from the last patient. So I had to wait while the nurse quickly cleaned it. After my vitals were taken I was moved to another room where a patient had just left and had to wait for the nurse to clean that one. I was finally seen at 4:45 and got out the door at 5:30.
