Had our first visit today for my daughter. Front desk was welcoming and friendly. Dr. Cuza spoke to us like we were family. He was very informative, great first visit experience.

Went in for ingrown toe nail he cut my skin instead of taking my toenail out and the reason I know is because after the swelling went down and going through so much pain the ingrown nail was still in there all he does is drain your infection does not give antibiotics. I went almost two moths ago for an ungrown toenail but now I don't like the way my toenail looks because he cut my ungrown toenail all the way out from the root so my toenail now look smaller and slender compare with my other foot toenail. I think is not professional when a doctor doesnt explain to his patients how the procedure is gonna be done. I thought only the ungrown toenail was gonna be cut ???? At the end I think the patient have to decide whether or not to get the procedure after been informed. I came here years ago and I'm glad I came across this place. I haven't dealt w ingrown toe nails ever since.

I went in for some pain in my toenails that I believe were ingrown toenails. It wasn't an extreme case but it did cause me pain when i walked for longer than 15 minutes. The doctor explained what they would have to do which I initially thought was extreme. The doctor didn't do anything to assure me that was actually typically how its done when taking care of ingrown toenails. Instead I felt like I was wasting his time and almost talking down to me. I asked if there was anything else they could do that wasn't so extreme and he responded with ..."Well this isn't a glorified pedicure". I should have told him that its not a pedicurist job to take care of ingrown toenails to begin with...that was HIS. The doctor I saw was a younger doctor so not sure if it was the main doctor here but I personally thought he was rude with that comment. Not very helpful at all. I left thinking perhaps it would eventually go away but it hasn't so I'll be looking for a different doctor to remove them. The doctor was great. Was fitted for my foot sole etc and was told I would be contacted to pick it up when it was ready. I contacted them various time with no answer after waiting months. When I got ahold of someones, they told me I would be contacted. That was like four years ago.

I previously had surgery and I had a great experience !!!!! The Dr. Cuza and his staff is very friendly I have no complainants. Please don't listen to the reviews my whole family has been here with no problems or complaints. I will recommend this doctor 100% !!!!

Was just there this morning with my 80 year old mom the receptionist was VERY VERY RUDE no good morning greeting no smile real bad mood asked if I could star filling out paper work she said you wrote her name down take a seat and wait to be called!!!! No where to sit by the way...TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!

Read the previous review(s) and I was skeptical. I went anyway and I was impressed by Dr. Cuza's genuine hospitality. I didn't have any problems with the receptionist or the nurse. In fact, I went expecting trouble and didn't find it.

My experiences with Dr Cuza have been great. The nurse and other staff have been very friendly and helpful. I have called in with questions after my foot surgery and they are always patient and nice.

Long time friend recommended me. Making an appointment was fine. However, office staff upon arrival was not pleasant, did not make you feel welcomed AT ALL. Doctors nurse was sarcastic and a smartellic. Dr Cuza overall was friendly but insisted I spoke Spanish which I continuously refused. Then was quoted one price and it jumped to three times the amount when my services where done. I went there for foot injury and pain and I AM STILL SUFFERING FROM IT! I called next business day early when they opened and now since have called two more times! Apparently their patience pain and required assistance IS CLEARLY NOT IMPORTANT! His nurse OLGA argued with me on the phone about having spoken to me about home healthcare but she never did nor did she apologize after confusing me! HOW RUDE!!
