I have Been a patient of Dr. MARINO since 2014. He has a real bedside manor. His office staff is efficient, friendly, honest. I could never rate all of them any less than a 10+

Great to work with, makes going to the Dr. easy.

Dr. Jorge Moreno has always been amazing to my family. He saved my life with my cancer diagnosis. I was able to get treatment early enough to cure it with chemo and rad.

My mother came in there the other day just to get her heart and cholesterol checked to make sure she was healthy. The lady in the front told my mom “they couldn’t give anything for pain or anxiety”. She didn’t want either of those things! She just wanted to schedule an appointment for her to get her heart checked, she just had surgery not too long ago and we worry about her heart. Honestly I would probably start with the problem it’s either the staff or the doctor.. Before I could speak the lady was rude and I told her I called yesterday to be a new patient and she said we are not accepting any new patients and I have been trying to see him for 2 years and I switched to dr bennie white in Jackson GA I highly recommend switching to dr bennie white

What a JOKE! I Sat in my hot car for over an hour because can't go in then fill out paperwork,vitals ect get ready to go to a room they asked for id no problem.. I just moved to Ga from AL everything has been closed due to covid-19 so I still have ID from AL but have Have Ga Medicaid already and they refused to see me after we were 2hrs in!! I need a doctor in GA ASAP. I have diabetes, lupus, epilepsy, and one kidney!! Did he care I was without any medication?! NOPE! I wish I could rate him negative stars! Nope. Avoid. These jokers make people wait in their cars for hours on end while they “forget” about you and take others before you. Then. After making you wait (while knowing what you’re there for because you told them when you made the apt) they tell you they can’t help you and you need to go to a specialist. This is after they put you in a room and make you wait... They are doing this so they can bill your insurance company. That’s fraud, they are straight up committing insurance fraud. My mom is 90 years old and have been going to Dr. Moreno as long as I been alive. He seems to be ok in person but for the past few months he has been ignoring my concerns concerning her health. He acts like he don’t care like she 90 and lived a good life...next!!! He had her on 100 MG blood pressure medicine on a 90 year old. Her heart rate decreased and her blood pressure was low, he took her off the medicine but when I asked his receptionist questions concerning what were her withdrawals and side effects... they refused to answer my questions. He told his receptionist he would call me back and refused to do that as well. After threatening to get my attorney involved they called and said bring her in Friday. I’m thinking he wanted her to come in so that he could monitor her blood pressure. She went in and they refused care to her. You asked if she had any questions BUT SHE HAS DEMENTIA and she cannot relay messages about her health. My brother was there but they refused her care because he was there. The receptionist told me I needed to be there and they told me to come. THAT IS ALIE!!!! If you want a doctor that doesn’t care about your health and want you to die please go to him!!! His practice needs to be shut down. I am looking to report him for his MD license. He knows my brother and my mother don’t know what medical questions to ask. His staff is so rude!!! Best Doctor you could find. Listens to you. I've had Moreno Sr. Since early sixties and now Moreno Jr.... Have 2 children, which Moreno Sr. Their Dr. Till adulthood..My daughter And grandchildren ( 3) were longtime Patrons of Moreno's.,but he no longer see them now. Reason it's been too long of lapsed time last seen.2 yrs.. They're considered new patients which he no longer. this staff is unhelpful been trying to get a clearance sent on a patient for surgery i have been hung up on, i have spoken to someone gave detailed where to send the clearances and still haven't received them. this is unacepptable.

I have been a patient of Dr moreno for a lng time. I was told that he was not my doctor because i have not been sick for 6 years. Now i need his after care for breaking my ankle. His rude staff refused to make an appointment thogh I pay cash. I will be reporting this to wellstar and to the board of doctors. I Have been going to 2 Dr Sr. & Jr. for 21 yrs! I am a Handfull!????????????????Yet he listen to me,accepts me as I am.Talks as long as I need too! I would not want anyone else!As far as the comments about a pill ???? Dr. you just mad’ cause he didn’t feel you needed them!????#Bond

Best doctor ive ever had, to even speak for my parents.. my mother had a stroke, and Doctor Moreno got her blood pressure under control basically saved her life.. my Dad had double pneumonia, and was in ICU.. Best doctor that I have ever had! He listens attentively and takes excellent notes. He always takes his time with you and double checks everything. He actually cares for his patients and about their health well-being.

I have a family member that goes here and have known several people from around the area that have gone. This is a glorified pill pusher. Junkie central. Beware.

I like Dr. Moreno he is a good doctor and listens to you. The problem is his staff!! No one answers the phone only way to make an appointment is to physically go to his office, the receptionist is about as friendly as a mad rattlesnake, rest of the staff are just as unfriendly. I love Dr. Moreno! He is a physician that actually listens to you and your needs while also giving you expert medical advice. He gives you options and helps you decide what will work best to help you! He stays involved and in the loop with my Specialists to maximize my care and prevention of complications! He has been my PCP for almost 15 years! He makes himself available in emergencies and I have never had an emergency and not had Dr. Moreno himself respond within minutes! Dr Moreno has been my and my husband’s doctor for over seven years now. He is a great doctor to us. When ever I say emergency the office will fit us in/work us in on that day even if we’re the last patient seen. He listens to us and consider our ideas concerning our health as well. This place is horrible. Wait time is usually 2 hours. He's NOT an attentive doctor!! This dr. I assume has maybe mental issues cause he will NOT look you in the eye. They have 3 staff members and yes 1 of those is his own wife. Find an attentive doctor that cares! Don't waste your time. I promise you it's not worth it.
