Great, My 2 youngest have been with Dr Enz since they were born. I’ve always had no problem scheduling visits or appts. Both my kids were very sick when they were born with RSV straight after birth & were in the NICU for a month after they were born. Dr. Enz visited a few times while they were in the hospital & after we left the hospital our doctor visits were great & my kids actually enjoyed going to there dr office to visit Dr. Enz!

Over the years the quality of service here went down. The office manager is extremely rude and incompetent. Numerous occasions where she would promise things would be ready for pick up such as doctors notes, medical records, or even basic things such as to stamp/ have the doctor a document for my son to use his inhaler at school. She said it would take 3 days and I gave her a week and still it wasn't ready. She even argued and got loud at me when she promised to have a record by a certain time and I just asked politely why wasn't it ready because It was promised at this specific time and its 30 minutes after and its still not ready. She went all nuts and started yelling and refused service to me and said she would mail it. Forget that I spoke to Dr. Enz directly and he made sure I got it. And even at that she was still mouthing off. And sadly the patient care. Dr. Enz by all means is extremely nice but when I moved to a different pediatrician I found out he neglected my sons care. For example. My first trip to my new pediatrician for my son's was amazing. She found out that my eldest son had wax build up and pulled out from both ears some disgusting ear wax the size of a small puzzle piece. She stated it was from years of wax build up because we were using qtips. And we should just wash out his ears from now on. Years? Really? Dr. Enz said everything was fine when he check his ears. I brought up my concern that my son right ear was bothering him and he checked and said everything was ok. But obviously not. PARENTS BEWARE!!! Over the years the quality of service here went down. Dr Enz recommends outdated practices including early weaning from breastfeeding in favor or milk substitutes and not extended rear facing car seats, both of which are in direct opposition of recommendations from the American academy of pediatrics and the world health organization. I was shocked to see that Dr. Enz has a 5 star rating. Due to an insurance snafu, my baby temporarily needed to go to Herculean Babies while waiting to get enrolled in my husband's plan. Dr. Enz recommends outdated practices, much of his advice regarding breastfeeding will actually put your milk supply at risk of drying up, and encourage very early sleep training. I was extremely disappointed by his advice, and ultimately chose to go without pediatric visits with a very early infant until we could get her seen at our normal pediatrician. In 2008 My daughter was a preemie born 3 months early, I choose Dr. Enz and was instantly pleased with his caring nature and knowledge. Once my insurance changed I had to find another provider for my daughter. 7 years later I called to make an appointment and was greeted by an unpleasant receptionist. I attempted to move past her downtrodden disposition and move toward with the appointment, but unpleasant staff is a deal breaker for me.... Back to the drawing board.
