From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. My wait time was short because I was able to check in online and I got lucky because someone canceled their appointment and I was early for mine. The nurse, Lori, was incredibly sweet and personable. Dr. Yataco came in shortly after. He had a very calming aura and was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. He acknowledged all my issues and went through all my paperwork. He was great at relaying everything I needed to do and what the next steps would be. Check out was also great, the beautiful lady informed me about the cpap process and I was scheduled for a follow-up. Definitely an amazing first visit. Office staff was pleasant and effective. Dr. Yataco was was clear and reassuring.

Dr Yataco had 30 minutes to evaluate my S&S , results of tests and put me in the right direction to find a correct diagnosis. It was after waiting 3 months of S &S worsening without a diagnosis.

Dr. Yataco diagnosed the cause of my chronic cough after another pulmonologist failed. He has been very helpful & considerate, including a personal phone call to provide results of serious diagnostic tests so that I would not worry over the holidays
