Dr. Joseph Sean Barnes X

First time ever at a Chiropractor and they made me feel so welcome. Dr. Barnes and the receptionist were so kind and helpful. I have been suffering and dealing with back pain for years and Dr. Barnes was able to adjust me and give me instant relief. I left feeling like a new woman.

Amazing staff. If you are in need of a chiropractor I highly recommend Barnes! He always takes the time to really talk with my husband and myself to make sure he can do the most to help us.

I’ve gone to Dr Barnes for at least 20 yrs now and he’s always helped and done an amazing job relieving my low back pain and getting my joints back in line! You want find a better chiropractor in the area !!

I went to see Dr Barnes as a referral. I was having back pains and looking a good chiropractor since moving to this area. He gave me a thorough exam and x-rays and showed me the problems I had going on with my spine and some fusing problems. He has worked on me and also shown me exercises and stretches to help me. I continue to see him and am getting better as time goes by. Great Dr and a good person. Helpful and super friendly

Awesome, our family has been seeing Dr. Joe since 2001. Our youngest son would not sleep over 30 minutes at a time since he was born. We saw Dr. Joe when our son was about 18 months old. Dr. Joe used the tips of his thumbs and fingers for an adjustment. Our son slept all the way home and all night every night since then. My wife and 2 sons have been seeing Dr. Joe ever since.

I broke my back when I was 6. Got into a bad car accident in the 90s. Went to a chiropractor in Jacksonville. He never took x-ray and didn't listen when told him I was tired of walking in and limping out. He just cared about the insurance money. Swore I would never go to another. About 10 years ago or so I met Joe at a friend's party and was barely able to walk for the pain. He said come see him. I did. 1st visit he told me (after the xray) that I was 1 in 20,000 he would recommend surgery to ..but he said he would try first. I said ok. I had insurance and my copay was $50. After the 3rd visit he told me not to leave before I talked to him. I went to pay my copay and he ran out to stop me. Said let's drop the insurance because the visit was only $40. Wow a doctor who cares. I have been several times not because he told me to but because I needed him to fix me. I have recommended him to many many people and they all get the same thing I did. An honest caring FRIEND who wants to help not Crack a few bones and see you in a couple of days for the next 6 months. He tells you come back if you need to. Joe is a very good doctor and an awesome friend. Not once have I been there and not had a 180 degree turn from when I went in. That says it all to me.

Highly recommend Dr. Barnes! He can get you back to less pain with his healing hands! He goes above and beyond to help you. He always makes time for an adjustment. He helped me with my lower back pain, but also adjusted my feet and ankles! You will be happy to work with such a knowledgeable provider and a wonderful human!

Always the best! My husband and I have been clients of Dr Barnes for many years. Seeing him as needed or as he suggests. We wholeheartedly trust our health and well-being in his hands. Professional, caring, and gets our body/back into the position it needs to be. Thankful to call Dr Barnes our doctor and friend

Doctor Barnes straightened me out after a bad fall a couple of years ago and now I see him as I need adjustments and tunings. Always pleasant and lets me know what he is doing which keeps me calm and comfortable.

Awesome doctor and staff. I needed chiropractic services while visiting NC and Dr Barnes and his staff were gracious enough to grant me an appointment. The receptionist and Doctor are wonderful -super friendly and great people. Of course the most important part is that I was barely walking when I entered their facility and felt almost 100 percent after meeting with Dr Barnes. Setup an appointment and they closed shop without warning. Wasted an hour and a half drive.

Great guy !! I have 4 herniated disc in my neck and need a lil pop from time to time

Dr Joe is absolutely the BEST! I have suffered with a herniated disc for years and I now can walk, shop and “play” with very little to no discomfort! He is caring and listens to you - he explains what he is doing and gives you exercises and stretches to help also! I tell all my friends ( who need help ) to get in touch with his office!

My Husband and 15 year old son both see Dr Barnes. He sees them when they need him, he is not one of those "on a set schedule" scammers , he is the REAL DEAL, my husband has chronic back issues and my son is just a growing teenager ???? I injured my back while on vacation in Topsail last week and was in a LOT of pain. I called probably 10-12 other local chiropractors with no luck until I found Barnes Chiropractic. They were courteous and professional, got me in within an hour, and the adjustment I received had me back up and moving the next day. Highly recommended!

I went to see Joe Barnes, he carefully examined me , and took an xray of my spine. After a thorough explanation, he adjusted my back and neck. The relief was instantaneous, and lasting. I have been going to a Chiropractor for over 30 years. Dr Barnes and his staff are wonderful! Dr Barnes listens to all of your concerns and addresses them. I am new to the area and so happy to have found them!
