VERY Rude condescending receptionist who will hang up on you after being snarky. This was not the first time I called in and Dawn was unpleasant. We called back to address the poor attitude with Dr Blasiol. When he called back he was accusatory right off the bat. Didn't even ask why we were calling just called being very rude and snarky based on what his receptionist advised. Then proceeded to gas light us as if he didn't do so and the receptionist didn't. I have been a patient for 35 years. After this response I became very agitated, as he wasn't trying to help, just get his point across. Which quite honestly is how he always is. Went for a physical 2 years ago where he didn't even have me get blood work when I have a record of family heart disease. I should have changed offices at that point but quite honestly do not take as good of care of myself as I should. Dr. Jones is kind, understanding and listens. Which makes him very busy with patients. This is why I started seeing Dr Blasiol. Worst decision of my life. This is not the first time my family had issues, my parents changed offices years ago due to Dr Blasiols treatment. My daughter called to get her children's files changed several weeks ago and she was hung up on as well. They should really consider getting different staff for answering the phone.

I had the unfortunate experience of speaking to an unpleasant receptionist. She was rude, unprofessional, and condescending in regards to my concerns. Never in my wildest dreams would I expect to be spoken to by a “medical professional” in this manner over the phone. Would highly advise against visiting this practice due to the simple fact that this receptionist is unbearable to deal with. He talked about his political views throughout the whole appointment, I kept trying to steer the conversation back to me but he insisted on discussing politics. I just wanted to have a a check up and we talked about my health for maybe 10 min, waste of time I already made another appointment with someone else b/c I was not confident at all that I was walking out of there with a thorough check up

Worst "doctor" EVER!!!!!! Would give zero stars if I could.

Been seeing doctor blasiol for 29 years. Ithe wait is definitely worth while.
