Dr. Frank Cortese and his team are amazing!! I have recommended them to many people, and will continue to do so!

I've been a patient with Cortese Dental for several years because they provide consistent and high quality dental work which is everything from teeth cleaning to cosmetic services. Staff is friendly and professional.

My wife and I have been going here for some time now. Everyone treats you like family. No complaints!

I’m 53 and I still had one wisdom tooth left. It was hard to keep clean and I wanted it removed. The staff confirmed with my insurance that the extraction would be covered in advance. I chose to pay extra for nitrous oxide because 30 years ago I had two earlier wisdom teeth removed only with Novocain injections, at another dental office, and it was disturbing hearing the teeth being cut and pulled out with pliers. This time I was relaxed and the procedure only took about 10 min. Dr.Selway was friendly and informative. If I had another wisdom tooth I’d have him extract it. It was easy peasy!

I always learn something new from Dr. Voyne - he is clearly passionate about the science of dentistry and able to effectively communicate his vast knowledge. Today he kindly took me in for my appointment early so I could pick up my kids on time. The office runs smoothly and I will keep coming back for all my dental needs.

I am a patient at Cortese’s dental for 32 years. I always have the best experience, hard to believe at a dentist office. I moved to another city and I still drive for an hour to go to Cortese’s dental. Excellent doctors and personnel

I’ve been going to Dr. Voyne for over 30 years. I like and trust him so much that I’m paying out of pocket instead of finding a dentist who is on my insurance plan. I’m even traveling from San Francisco to Albany. I also had a crown done by another dentist in this office who did an excellent job. The staff is great!

Dr Selway and the other staff at Cortese Dentistry did a great job with my tooth extraction. The extraction was quick and performed such that there is very little discomfort during and after the extraction. Highly recommend Dr. Selway and Cortese Dentistry!

I broke off a piece of filling on my front tooth. This summer I’ve had a raft of medical issues including 2 broken bones, and was so appreciative that the dentist at Cortese gave me 2 options…the best long-term solution of getting a crown….or a temporary one, (will last 1-5 yrs) “chip out and replace the filling…requiring no novacaine” ….. I understood clearly that I have to get that crown eventually, but so grateful to be out within 45 minutes with a great looking, functional front tooth!!!!

My son was seen for an emergency. I called & was able to get an appointment same day. The hygienist who took x-rays was very pleasant. Dr Cortese was very nice.

They are all so friendly which is why I have been going for so many years!

Always attentive, personal care, listening to their patients. Fine dental work in a friendly, upbeat, family atmosphere. They take the time to explain procedures, calming fears and concerns. Highly recommend!

The Hygienist was very through and informative. Great experience.

Friendly and thorough. I like it that the dentists do cleanings, too - I’ve never been to any other dentist where that’s the case, but there was a really nice sense of egalitarianism amongst the staff and patients. My whole family goes here now and zero complaints from the five of us - I highly recommend!

Such an awesome establishment! They always make you feel so comfortable and really care about your smile and level of comfort. I’m not even nervous about going to the dentist anymore They are all fabulous! I’ve been having extensive dental work done with Dr Sellway and he is amazing; he’s the best dentist I have ever had. Really, I can't say enough how satisfied I am. The dental group is full of joy and laughter. Their dental work is excellent.

I felt safe in this environment, with the air purifiers and everyone wearing a masks and the fact that they take your temperature when you arrive. Staff are very friendly and make you feel at ease, if your scared to go to a dental provider. When I go back for my appointment, all the staff say hi to me by name and ask how I’m doing and they mean it too. The front desk staff (Lori), dental hygienists, and doctors are top notch. I’ve been going here for years and recommend them to everyone. If ever I have an emergency, they make room for me to get in and see a dentist. I’m always made to feel like I’m important here. Had to change dentists due to a change in insurance and found this practice within walking distance to my home. It was a great switch. Everything was easy and ran on time. They even gave me a heads up about how early to arrive to fill out paper work and how long I should plan to be there, which was handy for scheduling time off from work. Everyone was great and Dr. Cortese was super personable. It was honestly one of the most pleasant trips to the dentist I've had. Very friendly and professional office

I’ve been going to Cortese since I was a kid. It feels like extended family. Great group of people working there.

Who would think that going the dentist would be a pleasure. Dr. Cortese’s office is always upbeat and friendly and professional.

The team at Cortese Dental is patient, kind, and gentle. I hadn’t been to the dentist in eight years and was terrified to return. The staff were very understanding and didn’t judge me at all. My teeth look so much whiter and brighter. I am so glad I went!

Super friendly staff! My dental hygienist was super nice and very personable with me. I did not have to wait more than 5 minutes in the waiting room after I filled out paperwork. Great team. Would highly recommend!

Frank was awesome per usual. Takes the time to get to know his patients and prioritizes their comfort during the appointment. I was in for a routine filling and he knows I don’t like needles. He set the expectation about the discomfort level regarding the shots and obliged me with laughing gas in addition to the topical appointment to numb the surface before the injection. The previous dentist I had (Green Dentistry in SF) told me I went from having zero cavities to 8 in less than a year. I came to Cortese Dental and was told I had no cavities (imagine that). They don’t try to up sell you fancy treatments and the hygienist did a great job on my cleaning. I’m a total wimp but she was gentle and had me out of there without any dentist PTSD. Recommend ???? The cleaning is gentle and leaves my teeth feeling very clean. The few fillings they’ve done hold up well and are pain free. The Invisalign process went well and I’m very pleased with the outcome. Everyone makes one feel like they are part of the family when entering the building. My dental care is top notch and the price point is reasonable. Overcharged by $1000 for orthodontics. Received two unnecessary fillings for teeth that had received composites within the last three years. These people are running a scam.
