I have been going to Dr Gentile on and off for 20+ years. Always been great to me. His staff is great and he is a very talented and smart doctor and i am not crazy about doctors. So i saw that his reviews were only 4 stars so i just wanted to say my piece and help him out with Google he is an older man who does not know the internet that well. Has been my primary Dr. For several years now. Does not remind you of yearly physicals. I have only seen him once for my new patient visit. When i did see him it was right after a surgery of mine and he had no concerns because i am working with a specialist. Do not feel like he actually looked at all of my labs/paperwork. Everytime i need to see him he is on vacation or its the weekend so the on call number/doctor directs me to urgent care. They never follow up. I Waited all weekend and Monday (because they are closed and its not an emergency),to call Tues and find a busy signal for 45+ min. Still no appointment made. Hopefully i get threw sometime today and thank you to my specialist doctors who actually answers their phones. I guess finding a new primary is on my list of things to do. I have had Dr Gentile as my primary physician for 30+ years and hope he doesn’t retire as long as I need him. He and Sue, his only office staff, are absolutely wonderful, kind, genuinely friendly and compassionate. Every appt feels like visiting an old family friend and I can tell him Anything, which is the exactly the relationship one should have with one’s physician in my opinion. I moved nearly an hour away from his office 23 years ago, but he and Sue are absolutely worth the trip.

Nice doctor. Low wait times. Receptionist can be a bit catty.
